When we arrived, we identified the following:1. The staff, forgot to open the AC in order to warm the rooms and it was cold;2. In the bathroom and the room, water was dripping from the windows onto the floor due to condensation;3. On the 2nd floor was smelling smoke from someone's room.

We get small, but view on the sea. Bad was pretty comfortable, people in reception and in the kitchen were nice and tried their best to help. Was clean, breakfast was really very good.

One night first line hotel had all night party, very loud. And if you’ll get loud neighbours, in room up or left/right, or if someone will speak in the corridor, you can hear everything like it’s in your room :(

Location was good but there are lots of options in the area. Staff was helpful.

Some would call the deco minimalist. We called it barebones. Also didn’t like having to leave the key at the front desk every time we left. Booked several months ago. If we had booked the day of, we would have saved $100.00 per day.

Great location- lovely staff. Clean room. Value for money. Great breakfast. Secure parking.

Bed was so uncomfortably hard we both struggled to sleep and had back ache next day. As we were in a driving holiday uk to Crete it was important to have good night sleep.

The hotel is very close to the beach and the Main Street.

The room was a bit run down. The walls need repainting and you can’t control the air conditioning in your room. That means if you feel hot or cold, you have to contact the reception.

A few minor issues to be fixed in the room - the shower door needs a bit of wiggling to close and one bedside lamp doesn't work as the switch is broken.

Extremely friendly staff and very clean rooms! The location is amazing (a two-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by stores, coffee shops, and restaurants). The breakfast was nice and pretty varied. There are always clean towels and the reception is available 24/7. Overall a very relaxing experience :)

The building is old-ish, so there was only one old elevator which broke down twice during our stay. The AC in some of the rooms barely works.

Great position, friendly staff and satisfactory amenities. Quite good breakfast buffet, with several options. Recommended!

The room and bathroom were both clean, staff was friendly and polite and breakfast abundant and nicely served.

Need to eat breakfast early to avoid a lack of popular items eg. croissants

nice and comfy hotel in great area, lots of restaurants and shots around and easy to reach from main station in 15min walk, clean and pretty rooms. friendly staff and room service, all good :)

was a little hot since the aircon was not working well and it was really hot in the bathroom even when the heater was off so it felt like a little sauna when open the door in the morning to go in haha

Value for money is out od this world. Location is perfect, 2nd row from the beach right next to Federico Fellini park. Cleanliness is on the highest level. Tiny fridge but this is more than you could ask as this is a hotel. Central AC. There’s a hotel beach available with sunbeds and umbrella for 20€ right across the street. Parking was available for a fee in the hotel parking lot. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Furniture and all the decor is a bit older but all functional and very comfortable. There was 4 of us in the room so the outlets were a bit crowded.

The mattress wasn’t the best one so even after one night our backs hurt. The hotel is by the very noisy street and yet doesn’t have good isolation, our balcony door didn’t work properly so it was quite load. Breakfast — repetitive.

The room was clean, the location is perfect for walking to the beach and nearby icecream shops and restaurants.

The room we were initially assigned to had no TV (the cables were hanging from the wall) and a broken toilet, it was not usable. Initially they told us they would fix it, but after we told them we really needed to use the toilet after the long trip to get there, they eventually moved us to another room.In this new room there was no fridge, the windows were so old that all the noise from the arcade place under the window would not let us sleep, the shower was so small that a 100kg person could barely fit inside, and the lockers had a really, really bad smell. The other surprise was to see that there was no lightbulb in the bathroom on the main light, only a wire hanging with a small lightbulb on top of the mirror.They eventually brought us a small fridge, but this one left some rust stains once we turned it on, so in the end we did not really use it for hygiene reasons.The beds were old, and the mattress still had springs that did not help with sleeping with all the noise.The air conditioner had only an on/off button, there was no way to set the temperature, so as a guest you had to get to the switch and turn it on/off if it was too warm or too cold, it felt like we went back in time.The attitude of the stuff was also bad, saying that it's not their fault that things are not working, and it's not up to them to get fixed.
