Large room, very clean, excellent location by the beach. Comfortable bed, although not a queen, just two doubles stitched together, but we slept fine nevertheness.

Very noisy, even though it was off-season (found out that Side Sea view really means City view). No microwave, the staff was kind enough to warm my plate once, but I can't imagine this is sustainable for a large number of customers. No laundry machines.

The staff were extremely accommodating. I lost an item at a nearby restaurant and they assisted me in sending the item to the United States. I really appreciated the communication and the assistance.

Mercure's clean standards, pillow options and customer service were all on display at this hotel. The location near the beach with their relationship to one of the private beaches was perfect. The orange juice press was a nice touch.

Pool components were in need of repair

The property was clean, great breakfast buffet, and great customer service .

Clean and convenient to the main road. Very helpful staff. The beach front view makes the day more enjoyable

If there is a boiler for hot water will be better

Location was ideal for this trip. Fresh breakfast.

Excellent staff, I was sick and the staff made an effort to find a doctor. The rooms are ok and it is in a great location. The parking lot is good and is located under the hotel

Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Beach across the road. Would be a 10 out of 10, but slightly spoiled by noisy neighbors.

Excellent location and a modern hotel. Staff really friendly and always happy to help. Checkin was simple and fast.

The rooms required decoration - looking tired. Shower was too small for the size of the bathroom. Breakfast could have offered a larger selection - buffet was not refilled frequently enough.

We had a minor problem because of the wind blowing the doors couldn’t close properly and there was a big noise, but they moved us immediately to another room! Other minor problem is the pool that needs small improvements, and some spraying for mosquitoes because they wore everywhere!!!

Very bad experience, the hotel facilities are old, the facilities are dangerous, because the bathroom has very sharp sharp corners like blades, my child went to the First Aid with a forehead injury and got stitches, and it will leave a scar in the future! My son's wound is deep and it will take 10 days for the stitches to be removed！Bleeding until the third day! Afterwards, the hotel staff did not ask how he were injured. In their opinion, it should be a common thing, very indifferent! Hotel staff don't want to know how guests were injured so that future guests won't be injured by hotel facilities! This kind of irresponsible hotel facilities and hotel staff are very easy to hurt customers, especially very unsuitable for children! Sharp and pointy devices everywhere！

Definitely the hotel where people can get hurt easily, all decorations and facilities should be rechecked, I asked for a different room after my son was injured, and when I went to check the bathroom, I still found a broken mirror with sharp corners very Easy to scratch both adults and children, I told the hotel staff then they remove the broken mirror! So I say that there are many security risks in this hotel! The SOS facility in the bathroom is fixed to a very high place, and it is difficult to save yourself if an accident occurs! There are no handles in the bathroom and the corners of the waterproof glass in the bathroom have metal that is as sharp as a blade. They did not take any safety measures for the sharp metal!
