Hotel is very nice. Breakfast is also very good with wide range of food. A reasonable price considering the location. We had a side sea view, but being on the first floor, the view was limited compared to what it would be from higher floors. Friendly staff. We really appreciate the 14 hours reception.

The hotel had a pool, but its location right next to a busy road with only a small fence for separation made it less than ideal. In my opinion this is not a four star hotel. But I would say that The quality was adequate for the price.

We loved our time at the Alisei Palace, breakfast was amazing. View on the sea from the room and from the breakfast room. Swimming pool was nice too. And the location is good, you can come to the hotel with no car. From the airport we took the metromare which takes you not far from the hotel. And then we rented bikes to visit everything in Rimini. The city is perfect to be visited by bike. Then to go visit San Marino, there are buses. So really, you can visit different places from the hotel without any car.

The colours of the room is a bit dark for my taste. A lot of dark wood brown… not really to my taste and the bathroom wasn’t very big, but totally enough to be comfortable and worth the money we paid for our stay.

The location of the hotel was superb, right in front of the beach with easy access to the exhibition center and the mall too.The front office staff very efficient and polite, the check in and check out was speedy and even though we arrived earlier than the official check in time, our rooms were ready.

The variety of the food items in the breakfast could be elevated. Maybe due to off season stay (November) the offerings had changed compared to high season.

Everything was great. We are very satisfied. The room was perfect for our needs. They cleaned the room every day and towels were changed. The staff at the hotel were pleasant. The breakfast was tasty and varied. The hotel is right next to the beach. If we come to Rimini again - we will definitely choose the same hotel.

The room was spacious, the view was nice (if you lucky with room selection you can get even better!). The hotel is right on the beach. I use it as a base to visit San Marino, Ravenna, Urbino, Riminni.You can get secured parking right at the hotel. Option outside with cameras or in garage.Staff is nice. Workers are glad to help you if you ask.Breakfast amazing. Have nice view toward beach in the restaurant. Alot of food to choose from. I tried mostly everything and all was tasty!I had overall good experience and I would reccomend to stay here.

All I didnt like is that I had uninvited guest in bathroom sink - see photo.

Exceptionally clean hotel, staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are very comfortable, excellent beds and great WiFi connection. Location is superb, 2 min Walk from the beach and with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, also a 10 min drive from Rimini airport. Had an amazing holiday thanks to the wonderful staff and excellent facilities. Definitely my favourite Hotel in Rimini!

The transportation at rimini is horrible. The public transportation are never on time and the taxis are almost never available

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Request for extra pillows were taken care of. Rooms were spacious and we had a view of the beach. Breakfast which was included gave a good choice of food and coffee/tea was available. It was my birthday on our second day and at breakfast I was presented with a mini cake and candle. A lovely thought.

The hotel did not have a tourist map of Rimini which was a little disappointing.

Private parking is small and cars are parked in double lanes. Therefor, you have to hand over your car key to the hotel. Hence rising questions about liability if something happens with the car like damage, theft,... You do not get any receipt when giving them your keys again rising a question on how the hotel makes the link between the owner of the car and the car key when someone asking for it.The first room we received had fungus on the ceiling invoking a kind of smell. However, the hotel directly appointed us to another room when asking for it. In the second room, the shower door could not be closed properly, the tv set was hanging loose from the wall and we have got trouble with the plug in the bathroom sink... I think you get the picture ?

i booked online for an adult and one child under 17 years. the confirmation showed one child but age "0"., what ever that means. however, the reception charged me EUR 20 for 2nd person, even though they saw the booking confirmation.

I was very happy ,everyone was so nice,the pool is great for kids ,we were very close to the beach and had a wonderful view from the balcony.Breakfast was very good with a lot of options.Will definitely be a guest again.
