The hotel is siltuated in the center, so location is perfect. The hotel meets all basic expectations for its type: the room was clean, the breakfast was rich enough, and the hotel staff was really helpful.

Our room definitely required some renovation. And that does not allow to evaluate it as perfect.

Location was great. It has a look of grandeur about it.

Bathroom badly needs a revamp, shower to get in , is in a bath a quite high an elderly person wouldn’t be able to use it.

We really loved our stay. The staff eas very nice, the hotel is spotless, which was very important to us. The breakfast was very tasty and well stocked, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The only minor downsides would be how small the room is, the outdated TV and hairdryer and that the pool is kinda cold.

I love the breakfast. The room was clean. Bikes available (they were very heavy) but at least were available. Parking on the street for $0.

The pool is extremely small for the amount of guests the hotel holds. Was over populated + added party on the pool with outside people was a mess.There was a wine taste on the street and bought a bottle and ask for wine cups the receptionist said "cups are only for the ones that buy wine here at the hotel" , very sorry for that answer as I was in a "4 stars hotel". Room small with a small bathroom and small balcony.

We really loved staying at this hotel, the staff were so very welcoming and friendly. The room was a great size, and the location perfect for the beach and as a jumping off point to walk to other places around the city. Having a roof top pool meant you could be int he sun all day, it was quiet and tranquil. The breakfast had lots to offer, we were spoiled for choice.

The shower cubicle was a little on the small side and could be modernised a bit, but it really wasn't a problem and hopefully received as only a minor bit of constructive feedback.

The only negative thing was bed. Very hard and in the middle compressed mattress, feeling that lying in the hole. Asked to change one, so it was a little better, but still with the "hole", just a little less.

All hotel personnel were professional and extremely helpful to make our stay most enjoyable.Especially Isabel, Domencio and Allessia.Hotel cleanliness was excellent.

The pool is really well maintained and a lovely spot to enjoy the weather. The coffee served for breakfast was great. Some staff were very welcoming.

Bed really uncomfortable, pillows terrible, I had really bad neck during my stay, sheets very old they didn’t feel nice to sleep on. No sound proof, imposible to sleep when there was a party nearby, you can hear everything from the street. Some staff very rude, others really lovely.

It was old-fashioned good Italian hospitality. The facilities were good although the gym needs a bit of upgrading. A special thank you to one of the managers who help me park my car and help me exit from a very cramped garage.

I think they have become another typical tourist hotel. Pleasant and polite but not necessarily going the extra mile. The manager I mentioned was the exception. Breakfast was a bit strange if you wanted something toasted as the toaster was pristine and it never been used. I also find €20 and night to park the car expensive it seems a bit closed when the weather is nice in May. People may not want to swim, but at least they could sit outside.

They say have a gym and sauna, but it’s really in a poor and non functioning state

Very clean and brilliant location for the beach plus old town . Rooms a good size and well decorated. Staff were extremely kind . Great pool on roof

Old school Hotel experience. Nice touches like the free beach bag and the use of a beach towel.

Slightly dated decor

Great swimming pool, good wifi, great buffet breakfast, complementary water bottle, good aircon, good bedroom

Toilet was too small yet it's 4 stars hotel.. And there is no extra socket for us to charge our phone.

We had pretty specious and bright room. It's nice that they have parking on site as Rimini is very touristy and it would be a hassle to search for the parking space. 20 eur is not cheap, but it seems like regular price in Rimini. Location is very convenient - just a walking distance to the beach and shopping street. Nice views from the rooftop pool. Friendly staff.

Would be nice to have some more fresh vegetables and fruits for breakfast. Aircon in the room quite noisy.

Poor AC, full parking, noisy room cleaning in the morning, hot water coming with the poor flow and same breakfast menu everyday

The closeness to the beach front,the staff were very friendly and helpful.The beach bag was a very nice touch.Breakfast was plentiful with so much choice on offer.Staff in dining room very nice & friendly.

I liked the location and the staff a lot. Also that there is juice machine in breakfast.

Mini fridge is not cooling enough (thanks to hotel staff, they always gave ice cubes. Despite it is not very comfortable than you want to drink it at night:) I didn't like cleaners, they never through empty water bottles from the room. What they really did is beds. Everything else I would call it they left in a mess.There is no kettle in the room, you need to go downstairs if you want hot water.Breakfast always the same and very untasty. Always scrammbled egg and sausages, which were really disgusting. Just few fruits and very considerable quality.

It is old. The mattress was too hard. It is a three stars hotel, not 4 stars.

Central position ok breakfast.8 metre roof top pool.

Cost 25 euros to park my motorcycle in their car park ,A robbery no way !!!!!Never told me bike parking was opposite hotel totally free..Thank god I checked.
