Nothing its a 5 star motel not hotel

THEY HAD EXTREMELY LOUD MUSIC THE WHOLE NIGHT.ALSO THEY HAVE ALOT OF FALSE ADVERTISING FIRST THEY HAVE A PIC OF TWO BUILDINGS STANDING WITH NOTHING AROUND IT.ITS A SMALL SINGLE OLD TOWER BUILDING CRAMMED BETWEEN A BUNCH OF OTHER BUILDINGS HORRIBLE HOTEL

Everything was great! facility, spa, swimming pool, breakfast, friendly staff.

breakfast was exeptional pool was a little too warm for me but the area was clean and the bean bags worked so well.the room was lovely with a huge bath. technolgy wored fine on the tv as well

pillows were a bit hard but all together a lovely hotel with faboulous staff

I liked that they provided flip-flops and robes

I didn’t like the placement for the TV remote. We looked around for a while for it, and it ended up being in the closet.

It’s just a fantastic relaxing atmosphere. Welcome drinks on arrival. Beautiful rooms on every level and fantastic friendly staff. The food is excellent, especially breakfast and floating aperitivo’s on the hot pool. After that the relaxing spa on the roof top overlooking the sea.

There is nothing you can fault. You can try but it would be difficult to find something.

Breakfast was definitely their biggest shortcoming .It was ala carte , and although the place was never full or even busy , took time to arrive at table and it seemed as if the staff at breakfast were instructed never ti smile and to make life difficult for customers/residents

Very spacious room, nice breakfasts and it is located right by the beach. Fire place inside the room was a nice surprise. Also very comfortable bed.

Staff were amazing Matteo was very helpful Breakfast was delicious and the staff were lovely.

Lack of plug sockets Unfortunately the building work, however the hotel moved us. Pool closed which was part of the reason for booking the hotel.

A modern hotel with good facilities and location and excellent staff

Extra usb points would be good.

Breakfast was excellent and also the pool with warm water very useful during cold days. Bar and restaurant offer top quality cocktails and food, people working there are very skilled around the products they offer and good to suggest you for any specific need

SPA was not included and this is not understandable when you book a suite. We struggled with the tv in the room, we had a nice one on the top but was not working at all (we didn't ask the reception to fix it anyway).

The room was great with plenty of space. The breakfast in the restaurant was outstanding. Fantastic outdoor pool and good wellness area.

A onsite gym or an arrangement where you can visit a local gym would be an improvement

Spa facilities, pool and restaurant were excellent.

Curtains didn't open all the way. Not enough hooks to hang robe & towels

Junior suite room on upper floor was good and clean . The city view is ok aswell. Excellent breakfast. Sky tv channels. Parking downstairs. Metro mare to old town is near. Lovely "empty" beach in sunshine.

I hotel ( I assume means internet) wifi and sky tv should work when you arrive. Remote control battery level down. Swimming pool area was dirty. Reception staff needs some more training how to use card payments. I could not use my card for final payment. It works in hotels before and after visiting I hotel?

We travelled around Italy for our honeymoon and then chose to stay here for a week to relax and it was the perfect hotel for that. We got a room upgrade which was lovely. The pool was great and the spa on the top floor was amazing with great views of the beach and Rimini. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was really tasty with lots of choice. There was also live music at the hotel on the weekend. Great location, about half hour walk from the train station. They had bikes available to use which was a great way to see the local town. Would definitely stop here again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We love live music so would maybe be nice to have some more on throughout the week not just weekends but there were others bars/restaurants around with music.

Everything excellent

Staff were great. Pool Area was nice and quiet. I left something behind and a team member sent it to my home which was amazing- THANKS.

The garden was a mess. - grass overgrown and weeds everywhere. Balcony furniture was not comfortable.

Great location, people and modern design. Great food.

The toilet is horrible to use. It looks great but it’s extremely uncomfortable ????.A few things were broken in the room (they reacted quickly and fixed them); nevertheless this should never be the case for a 5star hotel.Based on the extras that were provided, size of the room, price and things that were broken I would not rate this as a 5star, I would rate as a 4 star. Compared to other 5star hotels, this one falls well well behind.

great hotel, staff amazing, very cool “space type” design

the only thing missing is more sockets in the room

the staff was extremely accommodating. The air-condition was not functioning properly in the room they gave me at check in. The staff switched my room to another with a partial sea view. They could not be any nicer.

Private allocated beachfront, lively neighborhood, friendly staffs, very good and delicate breakfast.

Too many mirrors in the room make us feel cold and uncomfortable. The pillows and mattress are not comfortable, time for changing new set.
