Very clean, very good location, only couple of minutes walk away from the sea. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice and clean. Very comfy. Room cleaning staff are with smile and polite. (We didn’t knew that the room will be cleaned every day so forgot to leave tips after first night).
There is some bad smell near the entrance, looks like some animal has died and left there undercover. But only at one moment by the gates. No bad smells inside. Too far from centre, but only 25 min from airport on foot. That is good at that point that you can plan your trip back to airport in time.
There is no breakfast. It's better to have it the next time. Thank you.
The parking is very difficult to find in August. Need to communicate with the parking lot to have a space with them.We are willing to pay for it.
Little room but enough for a couple and spending there only nights. Quiet, side alley between trees with a view on San Marino from balcony. Typical Italian's breakfast, good cakes, delicious coffee and fresh red orange juice. Very kind personel. Room was cleaned every day.
Everything! I have received a better room than I was booked. Modern, very clean and comfy room, nice staff, cabin for shower. I liked especially the hair drier that was powerful comparing to other hotels. Location is really good, also for the beach.Good location also for Fiabilandia.
