The access to the parking place is a little bit difficult to find, but not because of the hotel, there are some road constructions & changes.Between the balconies there is no privacy; maybe a plastic glass will be perfect

Well situated in Rimini, front of the beach, Hotel and room are very clean and the personal is very friendly. The food is great as well.

I was warmly welcomed by the lady at the reception—kind, professional, and truly customer-oriented. She provided clear and valuable information in a precise yet friendly manner. I believe her name was Giulia (apologies if I got it wrong!)—thank you, Giulia, for the excellent service!

No parking available, better to proactively book it.

Stuff is helpful, polite, professional and cheerful, always on service.Location is convenient all amenities are near hotel, shops, station, beach, walkway...Cleanness of hotel, rooms and premises is on highest level.Hotel kitchen is very good, chef making excellent food, we enjoy it, selection of vines and drinks is very good.

Hotel is ready for renovation, furniture in room is old but good, wardrobe can be bigger.TV have only local channels; there is no international programsInternet is OK, but can be faster, it was obvious that when more people arrived it slow down

We spent amazing time in this hotel. The hotel was clean. The staff was amazing and so helpful, especially reception team. The dishes was so delicious in the restaurant. The meal was different every day. A lot of seafood, fish, meat and vegetables. Thank you so much for amazing service

Location is right next to the beach, hotel staff were very nice and accommodating, food, especially dinner, was varied and very tasty.

The way how the toilet and shower design. Toilet is wrong position and the shower is too small.

The hotel is situated in nearby a sandy beach, right next to the bus stop (10 and 11). Trolley-bus station Lagomaggio is about 150 m. We could rent bikes for free. Hot-tube is small but clean. Dinners were absolutely perfect. Giulia, Giorgina and Lisa raised our stay a level higher, they helped us with everything we needed. Many greetings from Tom and Stella from Prague.

The furniture in our room was from 90's. Double bed was realy uncomfortable, strange smell in the room (that should be nice fragrance??!!) was disturbing, non-soundproof door (the one can see a light from the hall into the room), rusty radiator in a toilet, breakfast area and food very basic - not a 4 star hotel for sure...If the owners invest as little as 3-5% of their annual profit into the hotel renovation, they would have a great hotel on perfect location....

The location of the hotel is wonderful - in the center of marina, right in front of the beach, very accessible both with the car and public transport. A lot of restaurants and shops around. Rooms are neat and air conditioned. The staff is outstanding - friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious ?

The Personal was super friendly and kind. The Food was very tasty. Everything was super clean and the smell in the building was amazing.

The Fitness facility aren’t the greatest

There is a lot of pork and beef with meals.If you are vegetarian or vegan ,your choices are super limited

If you book the all inclusive through booking they charge you for umbrella and sun-bed. The guest who booked directly had these included without extra charge. The drinks between breakfast, lunch and dinner where not included and they asked us to pay for it. After we complained about it as we booked all-inclusive, they told us we can have soft drinks for free but we should always ask for it. On the first day there were 2 small bottles of spring water in the fridge. They never filled fridge with water thereafter. Disappointed. Don’t buy all inclusive!
