Hotel Regina Elena 57 & Oro Bianco SPA

The staff was extremely friendly and supportive. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but it was clean and comfortable to use. The breakfast and restaurant staff were very good. There was enough variety for almost all palates. The beach was only steps away from the entrance. The value offered was amazing at the price.

Was disappointed to learn though that the spa was not included in our stay and the entrance fee was 29EUR per person. I understand it might be an independent unit but should be at least a discounted price for guests.

Quite spacious rooms. However hotel located near the beach. The staff was polite, helpful, and communicative. Haven't use SPA, but good that they have it.

Breakfast was just OK, but for eg. scrambled eggs and other dishes were cold every morning, bread was old and very hard. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. Not everything was cleaned - the bathroom door was stained, and there were also places in the toilet that had not been cleaned thoroughly.

Great location, close to the sea as well as many restaurants and city centre. The room was big, clean amd had a nice view with balcony. Breakfast was tasty with enough choices and variety. The room was dark and quiet at nigh. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean and modern hotel, rooms designed well, mirror in bedroom although tucked away in the corner.

Air conditioning was blowing out hot air a lot of the night

Good location, one street back, therefore not literally beachfront as the description states, but nice view all the same and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Clean and adequate for a couple of nights. Lots of places to eat around.

Outdoor Pool was closed most of the time, no hot water on the morning we departed, the spa was expensive for the facilities and some aspects of the spa didn’t work plus a few basics missing. Shame really. Toilet roll holder missing in the bathroom of the room.

The staff were brilliant, super helpful and accommodating. The hotel room was just what we needed - clean, with a comfortable bed and extra pillows.

Beach access was a nightmare and the lido staff were not nice. Not allowed to sit on the beach and not allowed to choose where to sit.

Room was a bit small for the money perhaps and the rooms could be a bit better sound proofed.The a/c could be a bit quieter perhaps and the water goes cold and then very hot, other than that it was lovely!

Breakfast was good. Pool was nice and spacious. Location was great and easy to access places nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The room size was a lot smaller than advertised and was a little cramped - not what we expected. There was nowhere to really put clothes and the room itself had no space around the beds. The room we had was also restricted view by walls. (366)

Very good hotel, nice and very clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. good location - you can travel from airport with metromare or buses. bus stop almost in front of hotel (maybe 50m).

Maybe they can add a kettle in the room although one can easily run to the bar near reception

Around the hotel is difficult to get parking in rush hours, but ti think they offer parking

Breakfast was delicious and had real scrambled eggs! Parking was easy but best to call first so they can tell you how to get to it. Once you know where it is it is very easy to get to and get to the hotel. Room was clean and temperature was great. Location was near the beach so in the summer it would be great location. Winter was fun to walk the beach and see the closed lidos. Would stay here again if in the area.

Wish I used the Spa but I was with family so I couldn't.

Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Good location for beachfront walks and a couple of good restaurants (Sbionta and Sabbione) and only a 20 minute walk to the centre

The restaurant was closed as end of season. Massive storm so didn’t want to go out. Ended up getting a takeaway. Pool also closed due to storm. Spa not open in the mornings. Not a good place to be when the weather is bad.
