Perfect location, clean rooms, friendly staff.

Breakfast was the same the whole week, if you are gluten or lactose intolerant, don't recommend going to breakfast at all :)

Great location close to (walking distance) everything including restaurants, beach, train station. Loved the rental bikes!

Very few outlets in the room nd had to rearrange furniture to find one that hold accommodate the jug for hot water (which I had to ask for). It said coffee maker in the room and I did not have one in my room. Bar open until midnight and it was loud (my room was just above the bar!)

The balcony door could not lock but they fixed it right away. Good job!

Personal was always available, except for the deep nights. Hygiene was unbelievable, they came to clean our rooms even 2 times per day. We booked months in advanced, so that might be part of the reason, but the price was extremely honest was how spacious the rooms were.

Water pressure in the showers were WAAAAY to low, so the temperature too was difficult to handle.

Very helpful and polite staff, 10/10.

No water kettle

We have been there for the Sigep fair, and the room was good, spacious, we had 2 bed separated by a wall and a door, my friend and I could sleep alone, we also had a huge terrace.It was also really central, and easy to reach everything you need.

The bed was hard and give us back pain and we had to go in to the opposite hotel for the breakfast, and the breakfast was just okay, they had a machine for the coffee, I would not expect that in Italy.

Very well positioned, on a quiet street, but still close to the beach and promenade. We were there in the wintertime. Room and the bed was very comfortable. They cleaned the room daily. Breakfast was good, too. Staff friendly. Grazie!

Breakfast (included in the price) at the hotel Tiberius across the street was phenomenal. Location is perfect, off of main avenue with all the cafes and restaurants, but the street is quiet. Minutes from the beach, 15 minute walk to train station/bus stop/shuttle to San Marino. A/C, desk, closet space, balcony. Clean and comfortable, good value, friendly receptionists, family owned business, held my bags after check out. It deserves a higher rating on booking.com

Lighting in the room is not great, and shower does not have a shower handle, just a very dated and unsightly looking shower head. The room I stayed in needs a bit of updating, but it was still very clean and comfortable.

Bedbugs

Bedbugs. I thought this is mosquito but ended up with bedbugs which came back with me to my apartment and I had to sterilize it.

Hotel is very close to the beach and all what you might need is really close. Staff is very helpful even not speak good English. Enough good hotel for this cost.

Bunk bed didn't have stairs to go on upper bed. I had to leave key for my car on reception, so car could be removed in case somebody needs his car.

We liked a location, breakfast, stuff's care and all efforts to make us feel good. It was good enough choise for the value.

We think that it's already time for a renovation - it's not so bad, as some things are changed maybe 5 years ago, but some feels like 20.. and more.
