Rooms were large, beautiful and comfortable. Staff was exceptionally helpful and considerate in every way.

The room was fantastic and the hotel was very close to everything we wanted to do in Ravenna. And hotel employee could not have been nicer.

The apartment is in a very central location. Giulia was extremely helpful and assisted with everything. The breakfast was excellent.

Owner warm and friendly. Accommodations excellent. Beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast amazing. Best value for your money.

Everything was excellent - the room , location and owner

Our room was beyond large and spacious and well decorated. Very quiet and great location relative to sites we wanted to visit. The was very reasonably priced public parking lot 100 meters away. Spectacular value for the money.

Do not recall any negatives.

Very clean property and such a sweet welcome. Wonderful room with so much extra space, and everything we needed was included. The breakfast was an amazing spread and such fresh food. We absolutely loved this stay and wish we had more time here! Extremely relaxing and in a great walkable area.

Be careful of the water heater. We didn’t realize how hot it got when we cranked it up and jumped in, that’s our fault but it gets very hot!

The hotel was perfect. The room was like being in a museum. The room and bathroom were large. Breakfast was great. The location was perfect, near the old town and station. Yulia, the receptionist was kind, helpful, and friendly.

Nicely appointed and good building. Very comfortable bed and interesting artwork.

There was no hot water to shower and minimal effort by the manager to fix the problem. The apartment building was only partially occupied and we could have been moved to another room that had hot water but it seemed that was to much effort. When pushed at check out, a small token credit was eventually given. A very unsatisfactory experience!

The location was great. Very central to most everything. The rooms were a great size, there was also an internal courtyard to relax and chat with other guests. Breakfast had a great selection, and the Cappuccino was perfect!

Fabulous place to stay. The host was welcoming and greeted us. The breakfast spread was Fabulous. When we checked out, she called us a cab to the cruise port and even waited until we were picked up.

No coffee pot in room.

Very comfortable and well appointed large suits of rooms, excellent selection of breakfast foods, a short walk from the train station and Yulia was a superb host!

Nothing disappointed us!
