The location is the reason we chose to stay in.

The beddings were not properly set up because we needed warmer comforters/blankets.

Large room, good breakfast, helpful staff.

Breakfast was worth it. Very friendly staff.

There should have been more than 1 electrical socket by the bed or desk.The blanket and duvet design/color is quite odd - consider changing them.

Convent location for walking and staff and transportation to port was wonderful

Great location right by the train station. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is good. Great location for walking to the historic district.

Noisy because of the train, but it was right by the station.

Close to the bus terminal and train station 12 minute walk distance to restaurants staff here at the hotel or fantastic most spoke good enough English to understand us and communicate back and the only negative thing I can say about the property is only two electrical outlets in the room, which made it difficult for all the electronics that we have to recharge every night

I mentioned this above the electrical outlets only being 20 and they were only there was only foreign language television so other than music the television was not abuse

Conveniently located to the train station. We walked into old town as well. Good continental breakfast. Excellent shuttle to our cruise port!!!

Very basic hotel, no frills.But offered everything we were looking for and shuttle to the cruise port!

We selected Hotel Italia for its conveniet access to the train station and the access to a bicycle. We had stayed there years ago and knew it to be comfortable.Easy walk to anywhere in Ravenna.

The room needs a little sprucing up but was comfortable.

Close to train station. Staff were very helpful and nice. The breakfast was great. Typical Italian breakfast so don’t expect something else and then complain.

This hotel location was fantastic, only a 3 min walk from the station lots of eating places around! Great for people travelling to the cruise terminal we got a free shuttle from our hotel It took 20m Everyone was super friendly from the moment we arrived and speak English very clearly.

It was a good location near the train station and relatively close to tourist activity. They provided a shuttle to the port for the cruise.

It was very basic. Like an old Motel 6 in the US. AC didn’t work. It was right on the rail lines so you heard a lot of passing trains.

Great location minutes walk from train station & city center. Nice breakfast, excellent staff.

Beds were very hard, room & shower both quite small.

The room was spotless! So clean. Excellent location. Close to train station and easy walking to major attractions. Extremely kind, helpful staff when our trains were cancelled due to flooding in region. Nice breakfast available on-site.

Room facing train tracks was a bit noisy.Hotel a bit tired, but everything was functional.

The room was adequate. It was maybe a little small by American standards. We just needed a place to sleep. The location was super. Very centrally located to the historic city center. The breakfast was super. Extremely beautiful view.

The elevator was small. The bathroom could have been a little better. We didn't have enough towels the first night. Didn't like needing the key card to turn on the lights. Only got one key. All of this was minor to the overall mission of the vacation.
