The room and bathroom was very spacious and comfy, with plenty of space for luggage, including a minibar.The staff was kind and helpful all the time.

The rooms were very spacious and beautif. Modern and neat! The breakfast was also superb in all it was a very pleasant stay. Its 18 minutes far from the city center and 22 minutes far from the beach by car

Notin The room was dirty. It had a bad smell. I couldn’t even sleep for four hours. The air conditioning didn’t work.

some renewals would be helpful; at arrival our room was cold, we informed the recepton desk, but at our return in the evening we had to change the room because temperature could not be fixed.

It took awhile to get the language comprehension but once that was done the staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great.

The lighting on the fishy flood was out and even when reported it was not corrected during our stay.As a senior lighting is important for our safety.

Good location for an overnight before/after cruise. Helpful staff at the reception and overall you really feel welcome.

Location is terrible, no way to travel around as there are no taxis, had to use hotel shuttle which was a rip off. €85 for 12km trip to port, €25 for 3km trip from train station. Was quoted 70 and 20 but added city tax on checkout to bring to €110 for both. Shuttle was 30min late to bring to port.No water in rooms only mini bar, no shops etc in vicinity. €2 plus tax per small bottle.Breakfast is basically coffee, juice and croissants.2 star hotel at best, located in car dealership commercial park, there is a BMW dealership within the building

In general it is clean, quiet, AC is working, rooms are spacious, location is ok, staff is friendly, breakfast is great.

Not a big deal, but hand soap was empty when I checked in, I never asked to refill since I was staying there only one night

Not so much bread. one morning i went for the breakfast and the scrambles eggs were empty....

Wifi was very poor.Couldn't use the wifi for the bed of the hotel room.

Super friendly and helpful staff ?They gave us the option for a super late checkout and also explained to us where the next restaurant is and how to get the bus n.70 to town which stops directly at their hotel.

The location isn't the best as there is practically nothing close by to grab a bite to eat. It's a classic business style Hotel for meetings or quick stopovers etc., on the other hand you can sleep in absolute silence, no traffic noise etc.
