Alessandra is the asset of this hotel, she was really helpful with everything we needed, our luggage are heavy and she did her best to help us transport it on 2 flight of stairs before the elevator. They had a baggage movers. Also I love the fact that they are very responsive and helped us book our transport from the port in Corsini to the hotel and from the hotel to Venice. It’s centrally located, and near different restaurants and attractions.
We loved the variety of breakfast items and the yogurt supplied in the fridge. The receptionist was warm and helpful

We stayed in a lovely little apartment that was both comfortable and well-equipped, giving us the feeling of having our own space while still enjoying hotel-style service. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The location was excellent, especially for food lovers — there were plenty of great restaurants and cafés within easy walking distance, which made exploring Ravenna’s culinary side a real pleasure.
There’s very little to complain about regarding the hotel itself. The only downsides were external. During our stay, the city was celebrating a local festival that went on until around 11:30 p.m., and since it was happening right next to the hotel, it was a bit difficult to rest after a long day of walking. In addition, Ravenna was full of mosquitoes at that time of year — we were bitten several times in just one day, and some of the bites itched for days afterward, which unfortunately affected our overall enjoyment of the trip.
Perfect location, friendly staff, large spacious room, well equipped, lots of amenities (food!), and the washer/washing machine in the suite to do laundry came in very handy.
Everything was great! We had everything in the room we needed and more! They even brought us fresh Crossiants or choice that morning along with lots of to go options in the room. Very clean, great experience. We would stay again.
The hotel is located in the perfect location in the heart of Ravenna across from the most delicious restaurant and Dante’s tomb. It has a lovely private courtyard with excellent service.
Extraordinary service. I was staying here with my three kids just for a one night. Definitely worth every euro. Thank you for giving me extra hand when we checked in. The room was spacious and clean and the location was beautiful.
Clean, spacious, comfortable, very central. Good value for money. Very welcoming staff.
Very well located for the historic centre, staff were super helpful, bed was very comfortable, apartment was very quiet at night
Heating was a bit difficult to control, and no dishwasher
The apartment was perfect for our stay. It couldn't be more conveniently located in the centre of everything. It was delightful, nicely decorated, clean and well equipped. Our apartment had a round bed which was very comfortable. Breakfast supplies were restocked every day and it was nice to be able to prepare a couple of meals in the accommodation instead of going out all the time - we were away for 22 days altogether. Anike, the manager, was super helpful and very kind to us.
The road outside our window was resurfaced overnight for two nights which was quite a hinderance to a good night's sleep but it will probably last for many years now so won't be an issue for any other travellers! This was obviously outside the hotel's control but they were very sympathetic to the situation... otherwise we wouldn't change a thing.
The staff were all very nice!! They room was huge, very clean, and had a great location!!
We requested a room for 3 people with a full/queen and a twin for my mother in law. We got stuck with a king room plus a sofa bed. So of course Mom got the real bed (she is almost 80 years old with a bad back) while hubby and I took the sofa bed. It was ok, fairly comfortable.....for a sofa bed. The AC wasn't working and the front desk staff left at 8pm....thank God there was a little breeze. And breakfast was pretty disappointing, mostly prepackaged crackers, warmish boxed milk, funky pear juice, decent yogurt, and an espresso-only coffee machine. Finally, the town of Ravenna was absolutely delightful!! Eight UNESCO sites and a festive cafe scene, even on a Sunday night!! Overall, good for a one night pre-cruise stay!!
The apartment itself was good.
Horrible wheelchair accessibility. There are 2 stairs before the elevator. Each has a platform lift for wheelchairs, but they require the controller and key from the receiption which was already closed when we arrived, even though we informed them about the wheelchair in the booking message. We tried to call them via phone but it was useless, they only said that the receiption will open in the morning. So we had to lift the wheelchair manually, which was very difficult and not safe. And we had to repeat that in the morning because for some reason the platform lift was not working with my wheelchair on it. They said it's because my wheelchair is too heavy, but the total weight of me with my wheelchair is less than 80 kg.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very well located. The breakfast was super nice too
The front office staff was superb! Very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to welcome us.
Nothing!
Location is unbeatable. Most of the historical sites are walking distance
The bed was weird, round, not very comfortable due to the shape
Staff/owner were extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast in big room was very pleasant.
Nothing.Great host, great location.
Perfect location clean and we had a big suite. Anike the manager was so welcoming and helpful with our every request.
Just disappointed that we had breakfast stuff left in the room instead of set up as a buffet as we expected but Anike took good care of us.
