B&B Hotel Ravenna

Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. There was a staff member that was nice.

Breakfast was not the best but just to my tasting, staff can be more friendly, welcoming and helpful. I requested two beds, they provided a single bed, I said it and they said there was nothing they could do.

The bathroom was spotless. The room view wasn't exceptional, but the room was very quiet, and to be honest, I just used it to sleep.

The location was a bit isolated, but it doesn't matter if you need just a clean and comfy room.

Nice and clean, small but nice breakfast.

Thin walls. You can hear the person in the room next to you cough, use the toilet, talk. I even heard someones alarm clock go off in the morning. If you're a light sleeper, consider this.

It’s a great place to stay, not it the vey of Ravenna so you need to use public transport or have a car!

The hotel is close to the highway - ideal if you are traveling to the south of Italy. There are many historical monuments in Ravenna that are worth seeing. Very nice and helpful lady at the reception. Very good breakfast. Perfekt free parking at the hotel.

Everything was great, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was really nice. The room was really good value for what I paid. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with booking taxis and rides for dinner and getting to the cruise port. Breakfast was a very reasonable price, however, I didn't try it (my husband did and said it was fine). I found the hotel to be similar to other budget European hotels. There is a shopping center not too far away that has a few meal options.

Other than the couple of nearby restaurants, this hotel is not walkable to activities or sights. You'll either need a car or taxi. Uber was not really an option. Otherwise, no complaints.

Outstanding, friendly, helpful staff! Teresa and Samira excellent hosts. Teresa assisted eagerly and with much follow through in arranging transportation for us. Breakfast staff went out of their way to be helpful with special dietary needs. Clean rooms. Outstanding choice for Cruise departure!

Location is great, if you have your own means of transportation. There are plenty of parking spots and the premises is close to main road. Big plus, there is a nice big park to run or have a stroll.Staff is friendly and eager to help. Rooms are clean, mattresses and pillows are off good quality. Breakfast is not of great variety, but it is of good quality and well prepared.

The staff was friendly and tried to help by telling us where to buy city bus tickets to get from this remote hotel to the city center, but the Tabaccheria they sent us to was closed that afternoon. Sadly, we found this lack of commitment to valid tourist information throughout Northern Italy, not just at B&B Hotel Ravenna.

We had no power in our room the first morning we woke up. Then, we were told we could not plug in two devices into one plug. Of course, we did not know about this! I have a medical device that requires nightly charging, so along with my cell phone, I needed to charge two things.The biggest disappointment was how far from the center of town we were. Lastly, we found the mattresses to feel saggy and unsupportive.

Neat and tidy room. Located near a huge park so ample space to walk and relax outside. Breakfast was especially very good. There’s a big mall with many shopping options in walkable distance. All staffs were friendly and helpful even when some could speak English. However the receptionist can speak English

Not a big deal but the hotel is next to highway and there’s continuous noise from vehicle when the window is kept open. Also it is a little bit difficult to access via bus

Big room, big bathroom, very friendly reception ladies, they kept for us bottles of water in the fridge and informed us of free ice cubes in the lobby. Free parking !

Clean and nice designed rooms, free parking. Good food ready to eat. Wine too!
