Excellent location, service and beautiful site! Definitely recommended!

The location was great, walking distance to all the heritage sites of Ravenna. The staff is excellent and the breakfast was good. No hot foods but a good selection of meats, cheese, and fruits. Freshly made coffees made to order. The price of the hotel was good and the staff assisted with parking.

The WiFi was not working in our room at all. Zero bars. It works well in the lobby. One floor tile in our room was shifting every time I stepped on it, making me think I was about to fall. The bathroom is small and needs updating.

Location is good on via di roma. staff helpful on how to get to sites including Classe outside main town. Room was normal size but no view to speak of , well lit and at night totally dark. Bathroom was good. Had a large nearly empty fridge. Good COOP super nearby.

Could be some hot food at breakfast ? Felt a bit tourist machine vs a hotel to me. I try and stay at places with a bit more personality of owner.

That nobody informed me about the the ZTL and that parking spot were all taken. To me if someone is coming by car should have the chance to book also a parking spot

Absolutely beautiful, great location, super breakfast, love the chapel and outdoor area!

The best part of the hotel is the breakfast service with a fantastic spread and very good service. The location of the hotel is close to the railway station and just opposite one very important tourist attraction, namely the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare. There are a lot of eateries around it, making it easier for anyone.

The initial welcome by the hotel staff was lukewarm. The bathroom's size falls short of expectations.

The Room was comfortable quiet and larger than expected. There is a meeting room where you could get wine or other drinks.

The room was not air conditioned. The staff explained that the Hotel had switched over from air conditioning to heat but it was still warm out and the windows had to be opened at night to sleep. Our room faced a court yard so it was still quiet, but others in our party had rooms on the street and said their room was noisy.

The staff were wonderful. Bent over backwards to accommodate requests.

Room faced the street. Very noisy and because the air conditioning didn’t work we had to have the window open all night. Would request a room away from the 2 main streets if we ever stayed there again

What a great find. A beautiful old hotel with a great breakfast. Breakfast was the best and beat all other places we stayed. Great staff too.

My room smelled like pickles and the bed in my friend’s room smelled musty and was uncomfortable.

The AC couldn’t keep up with the heat, but they gave us a fan which helped a lot!

Really lovely hotel next to the center and just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The breakfast and outdoor breakfast area were amazing. We could even rent bicycles for free to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Our reservation was for a regular room and they upgraded our room with no extra charge.
