Hotel Mosaico

Everything about my stay was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of.

There wasn’t anything negative about my stay. If I had to mention something, it would only be that I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it more.

The location is a bit far from the city center.

Staff members were great, especially the evening receptionist, free parking, location next to canal and underpass to city center, free B'fast.

Traffic noise, skylight with a huge MH sign lighting outside above the window light up at night.

The breakfast that was included was great. Location is ok but not real close to much. It’s a 15 minute walk to the train station and about 15-20 minute walk to the churches.

My room was very small and not laid out well. The bed was very worn out. The TV couldn’t be seen while lying in bed because it was stuck in a small cubby that wasn’t big enough for the TV. The hotel needs a little updating.

Bus stop across the street goes directly to the cruise terminal, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was a decent spread for the price.

Location is close to train station. Beds are comfortable and the room is spacious.

The waitresses for morning breakfast were not friendly. They were efficient but never smiled

Breakfast was limited, and ok. The room was comfortable for the 1 night we were there., before our cruise. Check in was easy and fast. Walked around a bit , but it was Sunday and not much was open. Later, the girl at the reception desk made us a great, much needed cocktail!

Pay attention if coming by train to turn right in the train station and go in the tunnel to get to the side where this hotel is. Its a long walk with baggage , if you follow most of the people out of the train station.

Breakfast ok. Had a station to recharge electric car! That was extremely useful.

A/C was not strong enough.

The breakfast was good.

Room very small. No place in bathroom to put your stuff down. Instead of little stool next to sink add a small 3 tier shelf

Problem from station to the hotel still far to wall

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, assisting us with bike rental information. The room was clean, and we enjoyed our time here.

It was quite noisy in the morning, and we were woken up before 8 a.m.

No cause for alarm.

The location is great, near the train station. The receptionists were nice and kind. Breakfast was not bad.

Shower water was a bit less; The room no. 35 was too hot to sleep as the heating was on all the time; Noisy if I open the windows as highway was very close to the window; We had an incident when we stayed: At 2 in the morning someone was slamming my door which was very frightening. I called the reception and was told that some other guests were mistaken my room as theirs. From then on, every 10-20 minutes I hear someone knocking our door/knocking the wall next to our room, making us scared and impossible to sleep. The reception guy went up for a couple of time and told us there were nobody in the hallway whatsoever, however nothing further was taken care of. We stayed up all night and did not sleep. It was definitely a horrendous night and i hope the hotel could do more to ensure the safety of guests, not leaving us in fear after hearing door knocking and wall knocking on us. We know this may be a special case but please have it taken care of. I have to leave a low rate this time for all the issues above mentioned. Thank you.
