Location the breakfast and shops clean and pleasant staff

The staff is friendly and willing to help.

The air conditioning was very weak. I don't know if it is good for European standards, but it was weak for American guests.

One staff in the dining room is unfriendly.

No parking - I choose the property because bookin.com said there is parking. It was a lie! Heating in the room did not work, until next week no one could come to fix it. They refused to give heater . It is winter! We were cold!

1. I had requested for parking arrangement via Booking.com and received a reply from the hotel that the hotel would arrange for a special rated parking lot near the hotel for about 10 Euro. Upon the arrival, the front desk person just advised me to proceed to park my car in front but did not issue me the special rated parking ticket. That led to my receiving a parking violation summon. The hotel subsequently compensated for the mistake by issuing another special rated ticket for the next day for free. However, the amount is hardly compensating the fined amount and the time wasted to compound the fine. 2. The hotel room we stayed in is rather dated and it is in need of a refresh or renovation.

The location is good. It is within walking distance to the UNESCO sites.

It was near all the museums we visited.

Staff were great. Location was great for seeing the Unesco sites. Bathroom was fine.

Room was stuffy, with no fan in the hvac system Room was pretty small, and window wouldnt open. Roommate thought beds were hard, but I liked mine.

It was close to all the major sites.

There was construction going on in the building next door and my room was situated above it. I was there for 3 nights so it would have been nice to be on the opposite side of the construction

Hotel is in a good location, very close to the town centre.They offer a good service for transferring people tot he cruise port.The hotel is fair. The room and bathroom are a good size and appeared clean.

Bedroom and bathroom furnishings are quite dated. Hotel is seems over priced for what it is offering.

Morning buffet was efficient, staff at breakfast work had and they are nice. My room was spacious. If I am traveling with my friends I would consider to stay again if there is no better option.

Front desk never answer to phone calls. Air conditioner was little confusing to use. Location is not too bad, about 5 mins walk to historical city area, but not great. No remarkable view from window. I didn’t feel comfortable to walk by myself after it gets dark, not that any bad thing happened to me though. Can be packed with tourists on bus tour which is okay.

Excellent location - short walk to train station. Nice breakfast and very good dinner, when open.
