close to where we needed to be and staff was very helpful

The breakfast was a good continental breakfast. No eggs but had fresh fruit, sliced meats & cheeses, pastries and cereals.

We had trouble figuring out the safe in our room. There were no instructions and it was different than other in room safes we have used at other hotels. I asked for instructions but they gave me printed instructions that did not match the safe in our particular room. Thankfully we were there for only one day so we ended up not using the safe. Also, the elevator was super tiny but we were glad there was an elevator as lugging our bags to the 4th floor would have been dreadful.

I asked for an upper floor room, so I got a cute room under the eaves of the roof. great view looking over Ravenna. Good set up with desk facing out the window, little fridge, lots of electrical outlets. Definitely kind of small but cozy and perfect for me. VERY QUIET. a ten minute easy walk to the train, and easy walk into the center of town - Ravenna is just not a big city. Great breakfast. Friendly and responsive staff.

Bathroom and shower are very small and narrow which was fine for us but might be challenging and uncomfortable for some

The location was good, the breakfast provided various options and it was possible to store the luggage there after checkout.

The hotel is located in a nice location near the old city center. It is also outside the ZTL so getting there with car is not a problem. It is a very good price vs performance ratio. The staff is really nice, the rooms are clean albeit small and have all the amenities for a short stayover in Ravenna.

the location is perfect to reach different places of Ravenna, including the historical monuments. The hotel has a parking, useful for whom is coming by car. The staff is helpful and supportive, they gave us some interesting tips and advices. Rooms are efficient

Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. Hotel & the room was very new. 3 mins walk to Supermarket & pizza restaurant was very delicious. Good selections for breakfast.

Traffic noise during day time but much better after rush hrs. AC wasn't working properly, it was not very cool. Some problem in our friend's as well.

location is convenient. Breakfast was adequate. We were given a room on the top floor and had to duck in the eaves to move around. we all bashed our heads on the ceiling a number of times and when we asked to be moved they would only do so the following day. Our impression from the Booking site was of a much bigger roomier hotel.

The room was clean and proper, and the staff were kind and serviceable. The breakfast was good, with great and varied options, especially when it comes to the dessert.

The location was good, but a bit farther away from the center than most hotels. It's a pleasant walk, but it might be a problem if you have heavy luggage.

We liked that it was close to the train station, quiet area, close to restaurants and a grocery store.

The bunk beds didn’t seem structurally stable.

The staff was great and really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel was very close to the Ravenna cruise terminal and the transfer was very easy to arrange. Would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to many wold heritage sites.

This is a convenient hotel for the night before a cruise. There aren't many options in Ravenna and this is probably one of the better ones. The front desk staff was terrific and very helpful. We had 3 rooms. Two of the rooms were fine. The 3rd room (a double) had the bed up against a wall which made it difficult for 2 adults to sleep. The breakfast was OK.

There was a very rude man running the breakfast room who yelled at my elderly father when he went to get coffee. The man asked him what room he was in and when my father told him, he said "You don't have breakfast included!" The man was incorrect, all of our rooms DID have breakfast included. We were eventually able to get breakfast but the attitude from the man running breakfast was completely inappropriate. Also the beds were rock hard and the pillows were flat and hard. My husband and I did not get any sleep at this hotel but my parents and my sister's family said their rooms were comfortable so I guess there are better rooms than the one we had.

There for 1 night as staging for start of a cruise the next day. Cruise transport stops at the hotel

Convenient to walk to Town center. Clean & comfortable.

A little distant from the historic areas of Ravenna, but not bad.
