Unexpected aperitif provided for us in the evening. Nice location, short walk to restaurants. Shuttle to cruise port av.

Great location. Excellent room and bathroom. Friendly staff who recommended an outstanding restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Need to explain to guests that air conditioner will not work unless all windows are closed. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is simple from the outside, yet walk in and you’re treated to one of the most fancy boutique hotels I’ve been to. Everything was just great. The rooms were spacious and super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and very well presented.

Arriving after a long journey we were delighted by the Apertivos in the breakfast room in the evening: a delicious spread of antipasti and a selection of wines Since we were tired and quite hungry it really hit the spot. The hotel staff, especially Marco at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. This hotel is a great choice for a stay in Ravenna. Breakfast was also excellent!

Easy walking to points of interest. Easy access/exit via car. Great staff. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was great. The service was impeccable.

Shower was in a bathtub. The bathtub was very difficult to get in and out of as the height was very high.

Sadly, we didn't have enough time to fully explore this fascinating city! But this hotel was exactly what we needed during a little break between major cities.The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the breakfast was delicious!

The location was excellent. The hotel was very nice, well maintained with a very pleasant and helpful staff.

Nothing stands out

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and even the possibility to order additional dishes from the menu. The staff at the reception were also very kind and helpful. It was remarkable how often the room was cleaned, and there was always a little treat left for the children (candies).

There were really no negative points. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to have parasols on the sun deck, as it can get quite hot there.

I changed hotels after 2 nights of a not so great experience and was blown away by Bezzi Hotel. Professional, Attention to detail, the rooms were clean and modern and the daily breakfast was high level.

There were zero complaints or anything negative about this location.

This is one of best hotel I've ever been. Room comfort, helpful and kind staff, excellent location, quite but at walking distance from all the main attractions, all was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding too, with lot of gluten-free and dairy-free options. I'd gave this hotel 6 stars, if possible.

Friendly staff, good location, fantastic breakfast.This was a quick stay before a cruise, we did enjoy Ravenna and the hotel staff gave us a good recommendation of what to do in our time in town.

Hotel staff were friendly helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and the Air conditioning worked great.

Would have been great if they offered room service but they helped us order to have pizza delivered to the hotel which was great.

Accommodations and staff were great. Enjoyed the evening reception and breakfast.
