Aparthotel Costa Paradiso

The bed was very comfortable and great location to the beach.

Cost of taxi to port for cruise but this is not the fault of the hotel. Maybe longer hours for swimming???

Just one thing I was disappointed, I didn’t have hot water on the last day, so not really comfortable to get a shower with cold water.

We went out of season so it was fairly quiet, the bar/pool closed. However the apartment was really nice and well appointed and there was still an outdoor area to relax in, with sunbeds and fitness equipment. We used the restaurant twice and were very impressed, wine and food both excellent and a very pleasant and attentive waitress. The beach is very close by and there are regular buses into Ravenna. Reception staff also very nice and helpful. Definitely a place to return to.

opening hours of the pool. the pool was opened at 10 a.m. and closed for lunch from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and closed at 7:00 p.m.

The staff was very friendly, the apartmant was spacious with a huge balcony. The bedrooms and the bathroom are correctly furnitured, hot water was enough, the fridge was fine.The garden, the football court is great.The sandy, peacful beach is very close where there is a fantastic bar with good prices.

The kitchen was much lower equipped than we expected or got used to. No electric machines, poor tools, burnt pan. The sofa bad was not comfortable for my children.

Appartment was nice, clean.

There could be more kitchen equitment. In our appartment was also washing Machine and wash dishes Machine.

The pool was large with sparkling water, plenty of chairs, and a life guard. But they made us were a swimming cap, which they said the law required because of Covid-19...really? It was important that they had a good restaurant and good coffee bar on site because there is nothing close by...you must have a car. The beach is close, 10 minute walk, and it has chairs, umbrella for rent and a restaurant. But the water seemed too shallow for swimming, unless you went far out.

The hotel office closes between 1pm and 3pm, you can't check in and they probably tell you this if you read carefully. But we arrived at 1:30pm. We were annoyed. Also, the office closes in the evening and if you have an emergency you are supposed to push the "night time PORTER button" at the entrance. This button should be relabeled "emergency contact button". A 'PORTER' is someone who carries your luggage at the airport or hotel...you don't call him for an emergency.

Very nice staff at reception, room (small appartment) fine and clean. Greatplace for some days in the region (we were there out of main season)

Close to the sea, pleasant reception, closed area of hotel.

There is no daily cleaning of the rooms, early check-out before 10.00 and check-in after 15.00 practically takes 2 days of rest. The usual world practice is check-out before 12.00 and check-in at 14.00, but not at 10.00 ((

The apartment was quite big, the kitchen was modern and new, and we could use it as if we were at home. The fridge and the freezer were working properly. Comfortable beds. There were no mosquitos, the seawater was warm, we could swim each and every day. Staff was kind and helpful. The jacuzzi was perfect. We have already reserved our next holiday in 2023 in the same apartment.

Walls are thin, you can hear everything around you, but it can be acceptable, since after 22:00 the building is quiet. The beach service is not free, costs 20 EUR/day, but we could manage without it, since there is a free beach area as well.

Air conditioning super efficient. Swimming pool clean. Private parking and supervised area!! Free tennis court. Close location next to the beach. Super location for trips. Very friendly staff.

Small tv. Lots of mosquitos. Dark sand on the beach. Lack of night music and evening entertainment in the aparthotel.

Perfct location, great amenities, lovely staff, and overall pleasant experience to stay here.
