No windows in rooms

The facility is very close to the main attraction, the beach. Parking was first come first serve so parked and didn’t move until we left. For European standards the air conditioning was excellent. The gardens and pool were extremely clean and nice.

The facility is very dated. The door to the room was similar to a barn door and pretty much performed as one.

Basic accommodation and facilities, but I accept that as it was my first time in this type of accomm

Swimming pool hours were restrictive. Maybe a toaster and a kettle could be supplied.Noise and conversations from adjacent apartments were heard clearly. After a week, clean towels could have been supplied.

Most things were broken. No maintenance.

Fair qulaity-price, good airconditioning, nice balcony, a lot of greenery

Really poor comfort of beds, check-in at the latest at 19h which is annoying for people travelling from further places: anything can happen and delay our arrival, but hardly any flexibility (they said only exceptionally they would stay until 19h30). A bit too much for our doggy, I paid less at a nice hotel...Connecting rooms should not be rented to separate families because you can hear them even when talking normally. (Bear in mind: it is Italy and some Italian fathers are "violent" and loud ;-) )

After reading the comments, we were a bit cautious, but actually it was better than we expected. The pool was extremely well maintained. The appartment not luxurious, but contained all necessary equipment. Beds were very comfortable and the bed sheets very clean.

The air conditioner was in one bedroom only, and the one downstairs did not work very well.

Accommodation surrounded by trees and flowers with a lovely clean pool in the middle.The beach is a 10-minute walk away, as well as a shop.Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, wi-fi, air conditioning - We enjoyed it.

the house was cleaned. The swimming pool was great but not open all the time. the beach is 5min by foot so it’s very nice.

Thé configuration of the house. all the rooms are upstairs and the toilet is at the RDC. So this is not comfortable when your child’s have an issue during the night. Some upgrades are necessary in the toilets but it was comfortable.

Swimming pool was great, beds are comfy, lovely and clean, plenty of sheets and towels

Winding staircase was terrible. Only air conditioning in 1 bedroom. Missing basics like washing up liquid, tea towels land bowls, backdoor didn't lock. Very expensive for what you get.

Everything was great, the location was really convenient, close to the beach and we enjoyed the swimming pool a lot and the life guards there were very kind and friendly. Very nice and quite, we will definitely come back.

The WiFi was not working maybe Because we were too far from the reception.

I loved the kindness and availability of the staff. They are really nice and really helpful.The structure was clean and it was really family friendly

Extremely disappointed with this place!!!!

The water in the bathroom took 15 minutes to come on. Thinking that the shower and sink water was turned off, we tried calling the office number, but they were closed so we could not speak with anyone. After 15 minutes of leaving the sink on, water finally came out. When we woke up in the morning there were ants all over the bathroom bucket even though we didn’t put anything in it.

The appartment it is complete everything we need specially kitchen stuffs.The lady in the reception is always kind and affectionate...

The air-conditioning on the other room doesn't work very well..the external light was broken and it tooks 2 days before they change the bulb.

The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well equipped.

There was only a microwave oven and no other cooking facilities

not all apartment have a air condition☹️ the living room and 1 bedroom doesn't have a air condition.

Everything was great

The only thing that we didnt like is that the hotel didnt have any tenis rockets to borrow. There was a tennis court, but no possibility to use it :(

Location. Pool. Location. Helpful reception staff. Bus to get to Ravenna. Beach nearby (free beach was good), Supermarket nearby. They have done work to improve these facilities and previous comments are out of date

Stairs. Picture on wall that was unbelievably inappropriate, otherwise good. Pool could have been open all day.

Location was good, across the road from a fabulous sandy beach with nice beach bar, volleyball etc. A few nice shops and bars nearby - not a big resort. The swimming pool was big and in great condition with a shallow section for youngsters separated by a bridge from the main pool. It had air-conditioning.

The accommodation was very, very basic and the cleanliness questionable. The sofa bed was tricky to convert into a bed (no instructions) and the mattress heavily stained.The main problem was their inflexibility and lack of help which is not my usual experience from Italians. Our flight was cancelled which meant we had to fly to Pisa, travel from Pisa by train and so we needed a late check-in. They weren't flexible, charged us 3 nights (we ended up staying in Pisa the first night so only stayed 2). We may have been locked out if we didn't arrive by 23:00hrs as they told us that was the latest we could arrive. We couldn't guarantee the train would be on time. They also requested 50 euros call out fee as we were going to arrive late.
