- Nice hotel
- Although the staff do not speak English, they were very friendly. Great location to get the bus to the port for a cruise. Stop is right outside the hotel Train station is next door. Old part of the city worth exploring just 10 minute walk. Best gelato we have ever tasted. Near Church Vitale
Cons -
- Bar across the street VERY VERY noisy until midnight
- Towel warmer and hair dryer didn’t work and am sure staff would have remedied it but we were only there for two nights.

Convenient location directly adjacent to train station
Uncomfortable bed, air conditioner didn’t work
The hotel is steps away from Ravenna train station, so super convenient. We also stayed here before getting on a cruise that left from Ravenna port; it was very easy to get a taxi from the train station's taxi stand; if you don't have a prearranged transfer, that's crucial, as the port itself is FAR.It's also walking distance from most attractions in town.
It was very hot in Italy when we were there...the room's A/C unit was just barely able to keep the room from being a sauna. We paid quite a bit of money for the rooms, but when I went downstairs in the morning to get some coffee, I was told in no uncertain terms that our rooms weren't allowed to partake in the breakfast offering (which looked extremely meager, especially for Euro standards, and they don't really provide any space for you to eat it anyways). We ended up walking to the cafe across the street, which had much better stuff anyways.Being able to grab a taxi at the train station was important also, because the hotel won't help you book one, other than giving you the taxi company's phone number.BTW, negotiate with the taxi drivers; they will all try to gouge you.
Breakfast was just cold items , cheese and meat tray, rolls and cookies and yogurt . Coffee machine and juice. The location was great for us, next to train station easy access. After 3 flights and two trains , having the hotel walking distance to train station was important . The room was adequate, not worth $200 a night (which we paid) it was a $100 or less value room.
The air conditioning could be better the shower is very small. The room was very clean .
I'm so glad I have the opportunity to rate our stay. From the moment we walked in we fell in love with the place. I have not stayed in that clean of a hotel in quite sometime. It was nice to get back to a place where you open a door with an actual key. It was such a lovely place with an awesome balcony and lovely table to sit at and watch the chaos at the train station.
There was absolutely nothing we didnt like.
The location is excellent and close to the train station. Ravenna is an easy walk to all the significant sites. The staff was helpful in every way. Plus breakfast!
It took the air conditioner a while to catch up to the summer heat, but the staff was very attentive to making sure everything was working properly.
Hotel is 50 yards from train station. Is very clean and quiet. Everyone was very nice. Short walk to old towne..convenient location
Air conditioner is not that cool. Breakfast does not include protein or eggs. Staff does not speak English
Very kind staff, excellent location, easy parking on the street nearby.
Selection of food for breakfast.
The location is really good! There is a great restaurant in front of the hotel. The staff was kind and helped us to print some documents we needed for the cruise. Rooms were cleaned.
The air conditioning didn't cool the room well. That's why we felt uncomfortable. I was disappointed with the breakfast.
It was a minute walk from the train station and a short walk to downtown. The room was clean and it had two beds, a queen size and a day bed.
You couldn’t control the AC from the room, we had to call reception. Communication was a little tricky at times since not everyone speaks English. But it wasn’t bad, just a minor issue. Overall it was a good stay.
Everything apart from noise from trains.
I stayed at this hotel on the 8th April and had a lovely nights sleep. Room was on 2nd floor overlooking street and with very little noise.
Nothing much it was close to the station. But that had its own issues. Noise mainly
Room was basic and dated. The breakfast was basic. Some cold.cuts, bread and so..fruit juice was drank out of plastic cups. Not great overall. Not sure why people are saying that.thos is a great hotel. It was basic and not.value for money.
Wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to main attractions. Close to station but very quiet. Amazing breakfast.
Situation, next to train station. Very quiet at night with windows open except when trains blasted their horns for no reason.
The low life migrants hanging around, as expected.
Room was great and the shower was perfect. Handy for station.
Would have liked a safe deposit box in room.
Very helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Great value and location
German Speaking Owner very friendly and helpful
A bit of an African flair next to the station, you might get scared if you fear lions.
Cozy little hotel beside the train station. The staff kind and helpful.Quiet room and wonderful shower.
Single beds were a bit small
