Nothing! It was filthy dirty and I was double charged for it!

It was filthy dirty! NOT handicap accessible! The restaurant tasted is like we were low class people! It was a dump!

We booked this for the location close to the port for the cruise

Pity the cruise line doesnt use this hotel for cruise people. Had 1 taxi ferrying people to the ship, cost was same price as a taxi from Ravenna town.

A lovely hotel stayed for two nights prior to our cruise. Close to beach, breakfast was lovely and bus to port was cheap. Thank you.

The hotel needs serious improvements to ensure guest safety and comfort.

I had a disappointing experience at Hotel Columbia, and I do not recommend it for families with children. First of all, the door to the room couldn’t be properly locked from the inside – if you pressed the handle, it would automatically unlock, which led to an extremely unpleasant situation: my child walked out of the room while I was in the bathroom. This is unacceptable and poses a safety risk for little ones.Moreover, I was informed that the room would have a balcony, but in reality, there was none. Another major drawback was the lack of a fridge, even though this wasn’t mentioned on the website. Given the current standards, I believe a fridge should be a basic amenity in any room.The only positive aspect was the breakfast, which was decent. However, even the bathroom was not fully equipped – the toilet seat was missing, adding yet another discomfort to an already long list of issues.Overall, I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you have children. There are many improvements needed to offer guests a satisfactory experience.

Location and pool

Room was uncomfortably hot as aircon didn’t seem to work. Food was dreadful. Dining room service was dreadful and unmanaged. You could get water in the night. Minibar empty. Poorly managed. Very basic.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.Locatiion near to the beach (walking distance).Parking space around the hotel was sufficient.Dinner is fantastic, enjoyed it a lot!

The Hotel is very comfortably situated in an 8 minutes walking distance from the see (a walk across a forest like garden of pineas). The breakfast was really good. For the families with children a plus, that the Hotel itself has programs for kids and a lot of children facilities are rather close.

The room was rather small, until (and also after) midnight rather noisy as well. However if you close the door and switch on the air conditioning, - it is OK. The balcony overlooking the nearby small Luna park has some strange shades which rather prohibit to lean out and look at the direction of the sea...

Very kid friendly and diverse. Kids have a big playground inside and outside. Some bikes and scooters even available. We even got some bicycles with kids chairs on back. Not the newest ones, but enough to get us around :) very helpful staff.Pool area accesaable even after check out was a nice ekstra. Thanks to nice staff :)

There is some sence of hotel has had better days, bit everything was clean and neat. Breakfast was quite limited. A lot of diverse puff pastries available, nutella and jams, some fruit and musli.

Friendly reception staff

Superior room was nothing but terrible, one of the worse hotel rooms we’ve ever visited. The shower curtain was the deal breaker, we left and shuffled off to an adjacent establishment. After a hard days travelling we thought we deserved a decent night in a decent hotel room.

Cleanness and receptivity

Almost everything. Bed very hard, very very noise. Started at 4:30 am, 07:00 am with the cleaners pushing beds and etc. shower doesn’t work properly,Cold most of the time. Restaurant terrible, awful. Breakfast was ok.

The B/F was plentiful & enjoyable. The staff were really good & waited for us late in the evening & had a meal ready for us if we wanted. Really appreciated that Offered us transportation to the port in case we hadn’t made our own. Wonderful people.

5 min. walk to the beach, and very lovely sorrounding. Near to Ravenna, the beautiful city. They offered bikes. They recommend programs for families and children, there is the Po Delta or Mirabilandia to see. The breakfast was absolutely perfect! The receptionist speaks english very well , thank you!

There are big factories, industrial zone near the area, so I recommend it to stay at the beach, and maybe to visit Ravenna, but its best quality is the beach and the pool and sauna, not for hiking or goig around.
