Central Park Hotel Modena

The staff didn¿t know that I paid for the hotel already. They tried to Make a copy of the credit card. After protest they shredded the copy. Very shady!!

It has a great location. Just nearby Via Emilia and some of the attractions. I came with my mom, and the fact all was near, we could take a rest and go out again. It is 10 minutes drive from the train station.The staff was super nice and attentive. They helped with whatever we needed, bring us tea to the lobby and call for a taxi for us from another location. Breakfast was very good.

The rooms are a bit outdated and no option for a coffee/tea, but are clean and well kept.

Location was perfect. Valet parking was terrific and convenient. Front desk staff were the best. Always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Overall a great place to stay.

Location was close to city central, museum, restaurants and attractions. Excellent breakfast!!!!

Bar was a bit hit and miss when it was staffed but this is a minor complaint in an otherwise lovely hotel

Staff member ELS... she was fantastic!!! checked us in speaking great English... then while we unpacked, she made us a list of 5 of her favourite restaurants and we went to 3 of them during our stay... (Al Grottino & Ci Voleua & Da Danilo) all were sensible money and great food.... just wish all hotels had her on the front desk as she truly made it easy and is a lovely lady!... Parking is outside on the street, but we were given a parking permit from the hotel which make it free.... we had driven down from the UK so car safety was extremely important, but we felt secure leaving it there... Great place to stop if you are visiting the Ferrari museums etc!

We had fabulous room with rooftop veranda. Breakfast was an experience. Never had as much choice. Service and dining area excellent

The room was clean, comfortable. The size is not big, but for one, it is ok. The breakfast is very tasty. Everything was good. It would be possible to add a kettle to the room.

Average Hotel but in a very good location.. Breakfast poor but that is always the case in Italy

The walls between rooms are thin.
