The staff was so kind and helpful

Gorgeous place, welcome super warm and friendly, professional. Accepting pets is a super plus!

The building has a nice ambient and the rooms are well renovated. Of course it is an old bulding what is never the same as a modern and new one but it has its own charm. It was a pleasent surprise. The breakfast was good and staff were polite and kind.

Generally it is good without any inconvenience.

All was nice, some work on going but didn’t stop the lovely pool area etc

Bar wasn’t manned and when we asked was told by a lady at reception to come back at a more convenient time when they have time to serve you and breakfast variety was poor

En route to Bologna airport

Attic room, claustrophobic, only roof windows. No space to place things. One sachet of Nescafe for 2 people. Bathroom was clean but shower had inadequate headroom. Breakfast...all fruit on offer was old. 2 GF products in comparison with huge number of cakes etc for other guests.

The staff. The guy who we mainly spoke to was outstanding. Such a joyful guy who really loves what he does. It’s the guy who’s into soccer on any level; even FC Dordrecht…!?

Room was basic but value for money

Nice modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The pool is a nice new feature.

It’s a little out of the centre of town but still easy enough if you have a car. Public transport takes a little longer.

The warmth and helpfulness of all the staff made us feel very welcome. Our aperitifs, dinner and breakfast were good, although we ate out our second night. Modena is a fascinating city and well worth a visit. The rooms were quiet.

The swimming pool area is still under development and the Via Emilia is too visible from the pool area. There is a bus route from the hotel to the centre of Modena, but it's not an ideal place to stay if you do not have your own car.

It’s a beautiful building with plenty of comfortable areas to sit and relax.

It’s a little far from the town centre, so we used taxis quite a bit — but they were reliable and easy to use.

If you are in Modena or around the area and you’re looking for a good hotel, make sure to consider going to Richgi Park Business Hotel. We got the “bad luck” that we stranded at this hotel for a week due to our car broke down but everything was perfect. Amazing relaxing hotel, good rooms, room cleaning each day, airconditioning, work space, amazing food, drinks, swimming pool, small gym, super friendly people, guarded at night (gate closed so very safe car park!) and much more. After a week we flew back home so we had to buy 4 suitcases, 2 big ones, 2 small ones and we had 2 camera bags. A special thanks to Laura for bringing our final luggage to the car at the Hyundai dealership, we can't be happy enough. When I have to be in this area, I will surely be back again at this hotel. Thanks again for everything!

Gorgeous, clean boutique hotel. Rooms fresh and recently renovated. Perfect one night stay on our road trip.

The pool was lovely but the surrounds were not yet complete

Staff were very helpful, the rooms were lovely and the rooftop windows are a lovely touch. Room was spotless and turned down after a day. Location was ok for our needs but it is about 10 minutes by car from Modena centre.

Pool is unfinished and the pictures on here are not reflective of the current state. Pool facilities were useable but we were told it won’t be ready until 2026

Had a good stay. After checking in, we received a room upgrade from the hotel because the air conditioning in the original room wasn’t working. Nothing else to complain about. Make sure to get a room at the back of the hotel (the front is noisy due to the busy road next to it).There’s a beautiful outdoor pool, but a downside is that there aren’t enough sunbeds for the guests, so you end up having to compete for one. What we found strange was that the owner helped us with breakfast in the morning and then later in the afternoon was lying by the pool, using her towel to reserve sunbeds for her friends, leaving some guests to sit on the ground on their towels.Additionally, we weren’t spoken to very kindly by the owner regarding the pool rules. Apparently, according to the hotel, you’re not allowed to swim immediately after eating indoors—you have to wait three hours, which we found unusual.

Best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. Every staff member was helpful and friendly, our room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast had a great selection and excellent quality. We highly recommend staying here.

Booked a Room in the attic but got a normal room in anoter floor and still was charged for the attic room. I know i could have said something but i expect to get what I pay for without making someone aware about it. .

Welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast was great; well presented and high-quality products. The room was a bit small and a bit old-style, but comfortable enough and clean. The bathroom seemed renovated, and I liked it very much.

Unfortunately, at the time of my visit, the hotel was being renovated. So, access to some parts of the hotel was limited (e.g., the restaurant was closed). I am sure these issues have been resolved by now.
