Clean hotel

Bed was very hard

Staff was very friendly, good choice of utilities, snacks, meals, drinks at lobby which you can purchase and take to your room, modern and cozy room, with wood elements, 15-20 minutes food walk to city centre

quite heavy mold in bathroom in corners, silicone needs to be renewed; Wifi did not work that day, which when travelling for business is unfortunately a no-go, breakfast scrambled eggs not very tasty...

The refrigerator itself was not stable and tilted several time

A comfortable room, helpful staff and a 20 minute walk to the centre.

The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. One of our rooms smelled like someone had been smoking inside so the front desk agent changed us to a different room right away. The check in process was easy and clearly explained. They were happy to call a taxi for us on several occasions.

I didn't care for the room access. Instead of a key card they issued a code to enter onto a keypad at the room door. They gave us a card with the room number and code so we wouldn't forget. The problem I had was that if I lost the card anyone who found it would know what hotel I'm at , my room number and the code to get inside. I ended up taking a picture of the room and code on my phone and left the card in my room. It was just a little annoying having to search my photos every time I wanted to get in.

The breakfast is very basic but decent for a 3-star hotel. The location is good for those traveling by car.

We stayed as a family, renting three rooms. Despite having made a reservation two months in advance, we were given rooms on three different floors. Everything was paid for the same tipe of rooms, which weren't the same. Several of the mattresses were sagging because they were expired, and we all left with flea bites. We stayed four nights. We rented a paid parking space, and the garage code only worked twice. We had to go up the exterior ramp to exit, not through the internal access.They definitely need to improve hygiene and update rooms.

Location to city center was not too far.

Uncomfortable beds. Balcony off bathroom was covered in cigarette ashes. Shower has very mouldy tiles/grout. Water leaked out of shower and left bathroom floor soaking wet. Breakfast was dismal. Juices were not drinkable (as if it was a concentrate, without adding water.) Coffee machines not working. Very basic offering.

Staff was nice, breakfast was satisfying and location was great. Bus 7 took you back and forth to town quite often. Was about a 22 minute walk to town which was flat and easy.

Lighting was a little dull but otherwise all good.

We liked everything in general. The clean, comfortable and beautiful room. Good service

Room a bit dark due to the big hedge in front of window. But we didn’t care, as we were most of the time out anyways . Other then this nothing!

it was a nice stay with a good breakfast value for money reservation in the middle of our tripthe lounge was very cosy and 24hours reception easily and very helpfully even your arrive at midnight

Liked most of all, comfortable bed with crisp linen and good aircon.

A bit impersonal. Missed a kettle in the room, or even better coffee for purchase in the lobby. Only subpar vending machine. No free water given at arrival. No gym facilities.

B&B Hotel Modena is a great choice for anyone visiting the city. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff are very helpful. It offers good value for money, especially considering its convenient location close to the centre and a short drive away to many of the car museums in the area. The breakfast is fresh and varied, a great start to the day. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay – highly recommended.

Good air conditioning big room, good breakfast

If you travel by car, this hotel is in a good location- at the end of April, there were plenty of available parking slots. Electric vehicles can be parked and charged in the underground parking. We paid only 10 euros total for parking and charging.

There was mold all around the bathtub. The room looked clean until we opened a drawer and found receipts from previous guests. The bed was not very steady. The breakfast was bad - a poor choice and awful quality coffee. And if you keep open windows, be prepared that you will not only hear all the traffic sounds, but most probably will also feel cigarette smoke from neighbours below.
