New hotel , very clean and lots of space .Free parking

Very nice new hotel, slightly clinical. Breakfast amazing.

Staff at reception could have been more helpful. Forgot my adapter for my laptop and asked for an adapter which is suitable for UK plug. Asked for a replacement cable which is easily available but their answer was always we don’t have and we don’t give. With the 4th different person she managed to find one.

The cleanness of the rooms. The restaurant was first class. The price was good price for the room.

Distance to center town.

Breakfast was excellent, a great selection of continental and other regional foods. Reception were very helpful and attentive. I would certainly recommend to family and friends.

selection of tv channels could be expanded, but that is a minor thing, WiFi strength could be increased

Terrible cuatomer service. No electricity...

I have been without electricity in my room since last night (10pm) and today (9am) I haven’t bern able to get hold of anyone (reception or emergency line) to solve my problem. As we don’t have electricity the room heater is not working and my two kids were not able to sleep at all. Today no hot water either.

Modern, clean, nice facilities

Convenient if you have a car. Big parking lot. Away from ZTL And you can get on a highway quickly if you are exploring the region. Similar distance to both Parma and Bologna. Very good breakfast.

Felt a little unsafe with the reception area being so far away without visibility to the entrance door and no key needed to enter. We literally had someone try to get into our room in the middle of the night. Not sure if it was another guest that got confused with the room number or someone else. In general feels like anybody can just get in an walk around the hotel no questions asked and no visibility to the staff.

Everything was exceptional. Breakfast was outstanding. All staff were so helpful, hard working, and welcoming. 100% at the top of the list for hotels in Italy.

The breakfast was great. The staffs were excellent. The hotel facilities very modern and great. I got the value for my money and so much more. I love love the jazz night

Lack of kitchen in the afternoon . You can only eat breakfast and dinner ! No food for lunch except snaks . At 22.00 the dinner is closed !

Staff was very nice, the facility itself is great, both the public places and the rooms themselves. We were positively surprised when we entered the room we booked. Very spacious, with everything you need, good shower rooms, beds and kitchen.

All in all it was great and everybody in the family really liked it. If I have to indicate things to improve, then maybe a bit more equipment in the kitchen (we did not use it in any case). As for location, the hotel is not a walking distance from the center, but few mins drive from a public parking place on the edge of the Modena city center (just near the ZTL), so it is very easy to get there and walk in the city center. There is open and free and many parking places for the hotel which is great if you have a car.

Large, modern Business Hotel with comfortable rooms. Bus station right next door.

Surrounding cinema and businesses have been closed.

Not a good area around there

Very clean, spacious and excellent breakfast. Location is great, very close to bus stop and also primary routes to the autostrada.

The hotel is new, the reception and common area design was nice. The staff were very helpful and nice. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. The breakfast was good too.
