Best Western Premier Milano Palace Hotel

Spotless hotel, helpful staff, great restaurant next door.

Room not very large.

excellent room spacious y comfortable, the staff was very friendly and gentle

At the wellness center the hot tub didn´t work.

the rooms & breakfast were fantastic

No parking lot, but none of the hotels in Italy have parking lots

The staff were friendly and check in convenient. I picked this hotel as close to the train station and it’s a little walk to the grand piazza. Depends where you want to stay in the city. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Comfortable, clean, renovated. Friendly helpful staff. Parking onsite for 30 euros, though the hotel provides street parking passes so you can park on the street for free.

Everything was great. Breakfast not included (18 euros pp) but not a big deal.

Nice, quiet hotel with spacious suites. Good location - easy walk to the piazza, sights and restaurants. Close/short drive to cheese and balsamic tours. Valet parking available.

Clean, Fresh, Beautifully Designed & decorated. Exceptional staff, Friendly & Helpful

It’s the best hotel. Walking distance to everything. 5 min walk to any point of the city center.

Small rooms, but this is how it is in Italy because it’s in the center of the city.

Walking distance to train station. Really nice breakfast buffet with many choices. Friendly staff.

Location near train station is not the best for restaurants and shops.

Clean and good Location. Good friendly helpful staff. I don’t usually take breakfast but was good value. We found it easy to find and visit centre and Enzo Ferrari museum + shuttle to Maranello. Also near train station to pop to Bologna Saturday evening.

I think it was overpriced for what it was worth. We paid 266 a night for a twin room in March which is supposed to be off peak season. The beds were not super comfortable and the air conditioning was non functioning. Only 1 small water bottle was complimentary for 2 people staying overnight. There was no iron or ironing board and we had to go to reception to get them. There was no where written in the room on how to call reception fromRoom and there were such small things which made the whole experience not worth 266 a night. It’s a okHotel and is 15 min walk away from centre but closer to the train station .

Breakfast - excellent. Good bed. Staff wonderful

Bathtub! 28 inches to step up into. No hand rails, very slippery. But what was worse, the flow of water was not much more than a kitchen sink. Very substandard. My husband had to help me out for fear of falling.

Friendliness of staff! appreciated hospitality of Mr Fabrizio and Mr Stefano.

Very clean rooms, very quiet, staff was excellent, location was very close if arriving by train

It was a very good hotel . The location was a little far from where I needed to be but that was my fault.

Parking available on site. The Ferrari museum was a 5 minute walk. Fantastic food at the restaurant next door.

Great location and friendly staff. The room was clean and quiet

Location, friendly staff

Tv didn’t work, had to ask to have air conditioning on both days, poor water pressure

Location and hotel overall was great. Staff was attentive. They went to see if there was anything left from breakfast because we missed it. Would stay again.

It is well situated for walking around the town

Our room was dark and the bed was not very comfortable - although to be fair the staff did point out that they had a pillow menu - however too late for us to take advantage of it.

Cool room, I love all the race car theming! And the staff was always nice and helpful, I appreciate that!
