Hotel Europa

Very close to the city center. The stuff really really nice, they helped us with the parking: we found an available parking spot on the boulevard in front of the hotel (marked with blue), the hotel stuff gave us a free parking permit. If there aren't available parking places, you will have to pay for the private parking of the hotel.

Amenities of the hotel a bit old

The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a bit dated, could do with some English films on TV.

The location. It's near to the Railway station and very close to the city centre.

Almost everything. Rooms are small, specifically the bathrooms. The interior was very old, and the wall mirrors are dusty. No AC, I asked but denied by the staff. Reception don't used to receive calls from room. Breakfast was not good, not as per expectations.

So close to the station and a very short walk to the Centro storico. Bed was comfy and was nice to have a bath and not just a shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you want a gym Fit Active is a 20 minute walk away and is fantastic.

There was nothing not to like

The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was good. Close to the station and the city centre an easy 15 minute walk. The room was big and the bed was comfortable and it was very clean. I would stay again.

Nothing really. Some people have commented that the furniture is old, but I think this hotel has character.

position and check in/out management

I've asked 2 days in advance to cancel 1 night due to a re-scheduling of my travel. there were no flexibility to find a solution and I've paid fully 2nd night without any discount.structure is extremely obsolete with old fashioned doors, keys and furniture. light aside the bed was not working at all.

Location

AC in the room did not work. After some “troubleshooting” we were asked to move to two separate rooms if we wanted ac. The manager on duty entered our room (while we were inside) without our permission. He tested my son as if he were trespassing instead of treating him a guest. Very disappointing experience.

Good bed and facilities. Bigger bathroom than expected. Wifi worked but wasn’t fab. My partner didn’t have any issues but I struggled to connect. Held onto our bags until we could check in. Close to the train station and heaps of places to eat

I struggled to get service/wifi but my partner didn’t have these issues. Only issue was the pillows were super average

Clean large room and bathroom parking and easy checkin well appointed room. 5 minutes from the station
