Location, cleanliness, and staff.

Location was excellent...close to train station and the old town!

Mattresses are a joke. Need to be replaced immediately

Comfortable location, not far from the centre of the city, but close to the railway station. 24 hours frontdesk

Bathroom screams asking for renovation. The shower hose was leaking seriously where it is connected to the nozzle. Drain works poorly. Emergency pullstring was missing, only the mounting at the wall was telling about its presence there long ago. Sound isolation is absent: I was in room 102 and I was disturbed by very loud conversations of the staff outside. Breakfast was poor

Breakfast was varied and delicious, the bar service was great and we enjoyed being able to sit outside

Room is too small, no space to open two luggage. Free parking is not fully served.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is very close to the train station, which was what I was looking for. Value for money.

The standard is for maximum 3 stars, not 4. There were no fresh vegetables. Very few options for vegetarians.

The staff was very accommodating and polite, the breakfast was excellent and the location of the hotel is ideal. It's just a 5 min walk from the centre but in a quiet street. Free parking is available around the area with a card provided by the hotel. Totally recommend it!

Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Location is great inside the city on the edge of the ZTL zone and you can park the car.

The breakfast was OK but not as good as many we had as we travelled over the week.

Great location, nice building. All staff very very polite and helpful, especially Frenando the receptionist on the night shift.

Friendly stuff, close to the center of Modena.

Shower had nearly no pressure, bed. was very uncomfortable and 20cm to short (i am not a giant). For this price i would not visit again.

The staff was welcoming, helpful and kind. Location was great; short walk from the train station, Ferrari Museum and the historic centre. Very good breakfast. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

It was walking distance to the Ferrari museum and the town centre. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed and a spacious room.

The only negative thing I have to say is that there was no milk or coffee whitener in the room which is a minor issue.

Only 350 meters away from the train station and with a very short walk to the main square of Modena. This hotel has one of the best locations. The front desk girl is super nice and helpful and we had a great chat and it was her birthday

Comfortable clean and good location

We stayed for 1 night, so cant say much. It was a nice room and comfortable bed. Windows were facing the street, but cant recall any noise. And the whole hotel is surrounded by trees, so it has a good protection from the sun.

Its not something I didn't like, but affect overall feeling. You can see that the facilities are a bit worn. They are clean and working, just a bit old.
