The staff, especially Valerio and his colleague in the restaurant, as well as Gian Luca the bar attendant. They were very welcoming , friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is well located and very clean. The staff at Breakfast was amazing.

Upon checking in I opened the room door and saw towels on the floor, dishes with food and a disheveled bed. I immediately closed the door thinking someone might still be in the room and went back to reception. The man working there was very rude and at first said “all i can do for you is give you clean towels” as if it was my job to clean the room. After telling him I wanted a new room he asked me to show him the room and continued to be very rude. Once he saw the room he apologized and offered to give us a new room. He was clearly in a rush and kept pulling on my luggage cart bumping my stuff into the wall. It was unnecessarily gruff. Disappointing interaction when we had been traveling all day and looking forward to relaxing, not arguing with hotel staff in order to get a clean room.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The wifi did not work to connect us to the Internet. This is a major failing of the Hotel's advertised wifi connectivity. We will not come back because of this.

What a suprise was getting in the RMH Modena Des Arts. Modern, fresh, big rooms, amazing breakfast, comfortable bed, very friendly staff everything was amazing. I was very satisfied with this property. I would visit again!

The shower head was clogged with mineral material so almost no water in the shower.

Location is convenient, if you’re going to Maranello or Autodromo di Modena. Air conditioning was good, not very loud

Breakfast was really good and loved the staff was really friendly too. I like the gym was also always available and staff was very friendly to even keep our luggage during our check out time. it was close to ferrari musem which is an added plus definitely

unfortunately there was a major repair work as such water and electricity was shutdown for multiple hours starting 10ish, which means even the toilet water was not working which was a major inconvenience. I understand the need for repair and maintenance but that did impact us so.

It exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable, breakfast excellent, very clean and organized.

I recently stayed one night at RMH Modena Des Arts during a business trip to Modena, and it was a great experience. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a perfect night’s rest after a long day. Breakfast was an highlight: a delicious and varied selection that set me up perfectly for the day ahead. Overall, RMH Modena Des Arts was an excellent choice for a business stay, and I would definitely return.

Not nice. Very bad towels, linen, everything.

Excellent staff from reception, to bar staff to restaurant staff…. It’s also easy access to other local cities and has a train station nearby. My friends took locally booked taxi to get to town (Modena) one night when I didn’t want to drive. Was cheap and quick from the hotel! I love the fact the hotel is in a quiet and safe location - no road noise in room with blackout curtains which is great. Nearly like a 4* international hotel! Amazing value.

I was very pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The hotel makes a bright and inviting impression as you enter, and this feeling continued all the way to the room. The staff was very friendly, spoke excellent English, and explained everything perfectly. The hotel is in a very quiet location, and I had a great night's sleep in my bed. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. With such a breakfast, you can start the day perfectly. All I can say is thumbs up—keep up the great work!

Breakfast was very good. Room was really one of the best we have had in Italy on our 3 hotels trip. Location was Super for the concert of Harry Styles!

The bathroom and bedroom were very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. I liked the modern style of the cushions in the lobby. The staff were very professional and pleasant.

A printed menu wasn't available. Perhaps you could get one if you asked for it.
