Cons -
- Room terrible. Desperate need for updating. Scratches and plaster damage on wall. Shower felt spongy to feet like you could fall though. Staff rude. All inclusive is shocking particularly in evening. Wouldnt grill meat until a huge que and as there it 2 of us they told us to wait and shrugged. I was told if I wanted a choice of wine to go to the shop. No shorts or any other wi e than their own brand red or white you cant even buy any. I ended up going to buy my evening meal and wine from shop and we ate in room. Refused to stay another day. Pool busy so no beds unless you get up at dawn to baggsy one. Beach ok but very rudimentary. Pool loud with music and slides just for very young. No service for anything you and ques for bar. Bed linen is just a itchy blanket no top sheet or any extras of anything if needed. DO NOT GO, its 3* at best.
- cleaning not meet the four stars, No internet service in room you have to pay for it, very hot in lobby area for using WiFi most of the fans not working
- There is no internet in the rooms, there is no air conditioner in the hall and it is very hot
