Beach, staff was very nice and breakfast was good! Pool and saunas were great!

It¿s a nice hotel and I would stay there again when in Antalya! It is my second time staying here and both times were good

The best thing about this hotel was staff in guest relations and staff in the lobby.

The front desk staff need some training.

The location to the sea! The staff also were so kind.

It seemed old. The carpets and the linens and the bathroom.

Nothing, absolutely horrible service.

Terrible customer service, dirty hotel, roaches in room and hotel staff couldn't care less.

Front desk staff Tuna aspecialy was very attentive to my needs since I had been traveling a long journey, he sat me down and offered me a hot beverage while he checked me in to a very nice see view room.

Every thing was great

Very good accomodation, friendly employees and great area to explore.

SPA area: Water is way too cold and two of the sauns did not work (Steam sauna and Finn sauna)

Good location at a quiet end of Konyalti beach. Comfortable bed, good breakfast, amazing building architecture outside and inside.

There is a big construction work next to the hotel (I think another huge hotel is being built), so it’s very noisy starting from 8am.

Staff was providing great support, especially Reem

All facilities are old and lack of maintenance

Pros:•The hotel offers a wonderful view if you’re staying in a sea-facing room. The other rooms have a view facing inwards towards the hotel patio ( not interesting). •Each sea-view room has a small French balcony, which is perfect for standing and enjoying the view, though it’s not large enough to sit with a chair or a coffee table.•There’s a nice swimming pool for relaxing during the day.•A tunnel conveniently connects the hotel to the beach, making access easy and safe.•The beach itself is scenic, though it is very pebbly, which may not suit everyone’s preference. There is no sand at all.

Cons:•During our stay, a Turkish wedding was being held at the hotel, and microphone testing began around 4 p.m., followed by loud music that continued until 1 a.m.•This made it very difficult to get any sleep, and the hotel could have managed the noise level better.

Nothing i like

The hotel is too old, the reception team charged me extra money just because i made the room for 2 instead of 1, taking in account that the room which I already booked have a three bids, and no any food was included in the booking, so no any change to the room or any added service from the hotel, but they insist to me to pay extra 60 Euro.The beach is public, and they have a strange long tunnel to reach out to the beach.The cost is very high compared to what you receive.No one helps in parking or luggage, you need to move your luggage alone and move your car to the next parking building.The lift is too small and hot.Beds not comfortable.

I loved how nice the staff were and how clean everything was. We mentioned it was someone’s birthday and they brought a cake and fruit. Extremely thoughtful. The corner suite is amazing and it fits 4 people comfortably. They organized for us and were very thoughtful.

I wasn’t a big fan of the underground tunnel to get to a very thin rocky beach that was overcrowded. It’s also very far away from land of legends. (Which in my opinion is the best thing to do in Antalya)

Horrific hostel

The rooms are very old, everything is either rusty, or scratched or broken or moldy or all the above.The beds felt like bricks!! The treatment is more than careless. You dont even get tissues or any toiletries other than shampoo/soap. Imagine having to ask for tissues! They dont care if youre upset by the way or try to give you any compensations. I have been in 3 star hotels in turkey and other places where its 100 times better. The food is pathetic... the buffet had nothing, a low variety doesn't begin to describe it and room service food was also not good. Turkey is known for its delicious lental soup and olives but guess what! Its horrible there... I guess they didn't get the update! I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

The location and the swimming pool

The furniture and the hotel decoration need to be renovated, as it's too old and worn out.The facilties inside the room are to old, for example the hot water kettel is nearly broken and the towels are to old and worn out.

Air conditioning is bad, ventilation in bathroom is zero, very slow servic. Seek more options

Lack of air conditioning in the gigantic main lobby, indoor swimming pool and hamaam which seemed very old fashioned. Indoor games like TT, Pool, air hockey which were in very poor condition. Overall ambiance, which seemed very old compared to some of the modern resorts.

The room is spacious and clean

They let us wait until 2:15 pm to check in on the plea cleaning the room !!
