Elite Luxury Suite & Spa

Very nice suite, lots of space and light, great bed! The breakfast is not the most diverse, but on the whole everyone will find something for themselves. Very quiet hotel, there was no crowds, staff very pleasant and discreet. The views from the suite and restaurant are amazing! (The photos show the view from the room and the shortest way to stores and cafes)

I don't think there's anything to improve, but just so you know1. The beach is small and far from the hotel. But there is a free shuttle service, which helps!2. Stores and cafes literally in 5 minutes, but to get there you need to go down a steep hill, and then climb back, which is not always convenient. There is another way with a less sharp downhill, but it's longer

Great relaxing facilities, views from the pool are amazing. Very good Internet connection - managed to do some urgent video calls even.

Communal areas are not necessarily the cleanest ones - like corridors etc because it is an open space

The size of the room

Basic hotel, basic breakfast, not cleaned plates, electric windows shutters were not working. No phone ☎️ in the room to call reception or dining area. One more, the lights were blinking all time.

AC kept turning off during the night Brought attention to it with reception no issue resolved and continue to happenVery difficult service throughout hotel

All the facilities are as described. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooftop pool and deck are peaceful and stunning. Buffet breakfast has a large selection of options. You are not going to see full English. Towels for the pool and beach can be collected at any time.

This was a first visit to the area. We hired a car so it was easy for us to investigate the area. The property is in Konlaki approximately 10kms from Alanya. If we had not hired a car, we would have found the location a little limited. Cleoptra beach in alanya is lovely, the markets fun and the bars and restaurants lively. We enjoyed everything about Elite Luxury Suites.

Nice location, staff, and breakfast

V. Good balcony and room, but lacks isolation to other rooms

Great staff. Beautiful rooms. Amazing view. Food ok, but could do with more variety at breakfast (plenty to eat though). Really nice infinity pool- not huge but good size.

You have to pay to use the room safe? First hotel ever to ask that! The bedsheets!!! None of them fit. No top sheet, just a blanket that is made for a single bed not a King - my husband had to use the coverlet. Despite it saying ‘beachside’, it’s up on a hillside. They do have a shuttle to take you, five minutes away from the hotel.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. We got everything we asked for from the hotel- baby stroller, extra complimentary water, late check-out, discounts in spa. Restaurant staff always polite and friendly, good service.

Some of the facilities were not open, as it was still winter season (like the beach, mini club, the game room, jacuzzi) Breakfast was good, however, more meat options could be added.

amazing view, new facilities, beach shuttle service, our room was free upgraded for genius level

small things was absent as hooks for towels. The first time seen the paid safe box in the hotel room :) it’s not cost much, but usually it was free

everything absolutely amazing, the room , the staff, the food excellent place to stay in

a bit far away ,need to take taxi each time you go out but they also offer free shuttle service to the beach which is very good

this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. on arrival we upgraded to the deluxe suite with hot tub and sauna in the room. this was absolute luxury and the view was to die for. we are coming back to this beautiful place

Everything was perfect From staff taking care of us to amazing view roomsClose to beach Clean swimming pools

No life guard the swimming poolAnd Their restaurants should have more international variety of food

breakfast, location

rooms should be upgraded

The breakfast was good. The swimming pool, aquapark, free parking and the other facilities of the hotel were great.

The airco was not so good and not working very well.Daily cleaning of the room/bathroom was not so goodRoom service was not always reachable when calling them.

Amazing place with nice view

The dinner is so bad!Same dessert every day!I recommend the hotel without food.

The view from our Balcony, the employees were very kind and helpful. Massage and sauna was very good. Swimming pool is beautiful and relaxing.

The food could be better, the airco must be turned on by calling the reception.

it’s tropical vibe

cost

every thing is amazing

Food is not that much, but thr breakfast is good anyway.

Everything was really nice
