Beautiful territory, amazing staff, so many things to do, delicious food, gorgeous beach. Many activities for kids at the kids club. Can’t wait to come back!

I had to go back to work, didn’t want to leave the hotel

A lot of staff always taking care of everything. Animators were friendly and fun.

Photographers were unprofessional and didn’t treat us very nice. A lot of miscommunication that made us run back and forth to guest relations desk. They have used a lot of our time because of that and this ruined a part of our stay.The minibar was not refilled every day as promised.

We liked the location of the hotel on top of the mountain from where you can view the Alanya coast.The hotel is very clean inside and outside.We stayed at the villas and all the alleys between were very clean . Our room was very clean also and smelled fresh each time housekeeping cleaned it.The lady who cleans our room made for us towel animals and the kids like them.Very friendly staff.Very diverse and excellent food selection every day.We liked the pools and the children liked the water park.Excellent hotel..

The hotel is quite nice. Sunbeds were always available and lots of space. It didn't feel like too many people everywhere. We were with my sister and she just loved aquapark zone. Also the views and sea just amazing.

Alcohol quality leaves much to be desired. Breakfast is quite poor.Also, security doesn't speak even English.

Reception staff are very rude unpleasant

Every little thing is well organized and located. Super clean. The garden is amazing. The food is delicious. The territory is huge, kilometers of walking paths. 15.000 steps a day are guaranteed!!! So don’t worry about all the eaten food, all will be burned!!! Super quiet in Villas, super fun in the main building. Big thank to an excellent pianist every evening in the lobby? The animation is pretty amazing, such quality is normally expensive. Thanks to friendly staff. Definitely my best vacation ?

Really not much. But if to be picky then I would add a few more towel stations around the territory. The electric/gas busses/taxi on the territory would be preferred.Personal taste - please add a lot of strawberries to the fruit table ?

Friendly staffFacilities are superNo one minute in this hotel goes wasted. They have plan for every afternoon or evening, you will definitely enjoy it

It was short stay! We wanted to stay longer for sure!

The hotel is situated on a hill, offering an amazing view. The bungalows are surrounded by pine trees, and the property features lush green landscaping. There are three or more pools available, along with plenty of entertainment options for both kids and adults. This is an excellent choice for families with children. The hotel beach is very comfortable and well-equipped.

As I mentioned before, the property is on a hill with elevators and stairs. After three days of going up and down, my knees started to feel uncomfortable. This might not be ideal for older people. Also, I had a bad experience with a massage because the therapist had long nails and didn't understand my requests, despite being briefed by his manager. Additionally, my friend was bitten by bedbugs during our stay.

We had a great time.Very clean everyone and staff amazing.Food is very presentable and has a lot of choices.really recommend for family or couples.

Our holiday in Utopia was great. The food varied each day, the sea was warm and clean. The hotel is situated at the top of a hill, and the territory is covered by pine and palm trees. At night, you can also enjoy the lights of Alanya. We were a family of varying ages, and everyone found plenty to do.

Aquapark located between the pine trees and helps to avoid the hit waves. The sea is very clear and fishes are swimming around.

Location is not very suitable for the family with the baby under 3 years old, using the trolley. Its way too many stairs and to some locations (like Aquapark) its needed to lift the trolley by hands.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful private beach.

The breakfast and all food was great ,The location was was excellent as well

The entrance slope was high when we came back from rafting tour the transfer car drop off us next to the security door because of security and we barely made it to the top
