The hotel is extremely clean and the staff very friendly Also the food was exceptional

It would have been nice to have entertainment in the evening for both children and Adults Also the poolside was very busy so difficult to get a sunbed ,

communal areas were very nice and presentable. Rooms modern and clean. Cleaning staff very helpful and always available.

very money orientated - paid nearly 3K for 2 rooms all inclusive and was continually required to pay for things such as cocktails, ice creams, fresh orange. Most staff extremely rude. From all of the staff that work there in each day, only 3 staff were approachable and nice. Entertainment, very poor. No poolside entertainment for kids, very limited interaction with Animation team. Evening entertainment limited. Bingo, Music Quiz, Mr & Mrs Show. really basic. The Island - young teenagers, around 14/15 extremely drunk on 3 nights we visited. Entry to a nightclub under age and very limited security. Required to pay for drinks on most bars.

The best part of the hotel is that it has many pools for all ages Then the Auqa sides and zip line are all excellent The many bars at pool side so your never far away from a drink Plus you can get food 24hours a day even if you missed dinner then is a burger Land open throughout the night

quality of the food is not great This was my 2nd time dealing at this hotel and I would stay again for the facilities but the cleaning needs to improve a lot

The facilities were perfect for children and cakes out of this world

The savoury food was not really very good very repetitive and bland

Everything else, extremely bad food, no an all in at all, they charge for everything and close every restaurant and bar after a couple of hours, noisy, badly organised, one big tourist trap!

I liked the facilities and the rooms where okey aswell.

The staff where very rude and frankly totally uncapable of working within a service business. When I arrived in the middle of the night....tired and wanted to pay with my credit card they refused and said their machine was broken. Only cash. No problem for me I was thinking. But then I realize they don't have a ATM machine at the facility. So the staff at the reception want me to walk about 15min to the closest ATM machine to withdraw cash. I nicely ask if I can do that the morning after since I'm tired after a long trip and just want to take a shower and go to bed. They say no.....they are worried I might sleep one night and then run away without paying. I them offer them to take my passport as security for them to prove i will not run away. Still the answer is no. So I had to in the middle of the night walk away to the ATM. And then I asked for some small compensation like a uppgradera of my hotel room. Since its covid times the hotel was far from fully booked..... but not even that they offereras me.

Very hospitable hotel. I liked everything. the quality of service is excellent and the location is convenient. I can recommend it to visit.
