The hotel is nice and has lovely pools

The staff are not helpful. We waited 2 days for them to deal with a blocked shower drain that flooded the bathroom

Good staff, big resort, Two aquapark for kids, a lot of activities for children. a lot of food and is ok, you can find something to eat everyday but it should be in better quality for 5 stars hotel.

The bathroom very old and dirty, I didn't like the room generally, the cleaners should do better work in the room everyday. the water going out to the floor in the bathroom while showers time , it should be more better for hotel 5 stars.the hotel has only local alcohol (turkish), its not tasty good, it should has imported alcohol.

Excellent Service!! The food yummy nd clean,staffs are superb at hospitality!! Very friendly nd considerate.I had my birthday in the evening and I loved the special 3 course meal!!! Will use Alaye again with family and friends.

Most meals were repetitive although there was a good selection at breakfast of cereal fruit yoghurt and cooked varieties Waiting staff good - cleaning staff excellent

Rooms aircon too noisy and hard to control the temperature. Double glazing on balcony was no good for noise as the hotel had functions that boomed out noise and one night lit up the rooms with lights! 11pm to late to have that sort of noise that effects all guests . Reception Management need to learn what service is as booked a taxi to a hockey tournament that the were hosting 100+ players and officials and asked reception to advise driver where to go. Driver did not know and returned us to the hotel and demanded E12 for the trip. Manager not interested despite us not having any communication with driver of location. Would not rate as 5* hotel and would doubt if it would reach 4* in most locations. Also only seem to like euros and not lira the currency of the country. Also the bar staff at the fancy bar ignore you and do not listen to the order that is if they can remember after ignoring you half way through getting your drinks and serving someone else! 5* doubtful
