Very good location, nice view, breakfast very good variety and great view

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the view is breathtaking and food was also good

Its a bit isolated, without having a car there is nothing much to do and its even dangerous to walk outside. Although my room was non smoking, I suffered from smoking smells around since many guests smoke in their rooms or even in the balcony.

Staff and facilities. There is a going construction with very bad noise all the time. The elevator is not safe at all and it stopped suddenly several times. The receptionist was rude and he called us at midnight to change something in the booking that was their fault. He didn’t even apologize. Turkish bath is a lie, it is not as expected at all. The hotel doesn’t have any facilities at all.

I was given a free breakfast at the reception, and after a day of the stay, the reception informed me that breakfast does not include me.And I was embarrassed in front of people and this is not my fault

Location is far from center, needs to pay around 800 lira for one way ride from center The resort consists of 5 buildings each 4-5 stories, only the main building has elevator The breakfast buffet is very poor and limited, water is from a cooler, no coffee included in the buffet, extra charge , choices are remarkably limited The staff non cooperative, difficult to deal with, most don’t speak English Room service is a story by itself as we asked for extra towels first night of our stay, and we left after 4 nights without getting them ?Definitely I will not go there again

The staff Mr.Tarek Madam Wesam Omar the one who help with lagging 2 ladies in the restaurant I love the way they was playing with my baby they took care of her and us

It is a resort up a hill. There is difficulity when getting in or out of the hotel

- The lake view was muddy and not at all pleasant; it did not match the hotel photos on Booking.com that we saw during our stay.- Although I booked the king suite, but still there was No microwave in the suite.- The restaurant's quality and taste were below average. BE CAREFUL: Sometimes the restaurant adds more to the bill than what you ordered.- My plan was to stay a full day at the resort to enjoy its facilities, but their facilities were actually very limited, unlike other reputable resorts.- The bed and pillows were not comfortable.

There is hard to find an exchange broker nearby and hotel does not accept USD.

Amazing view from room. however location is far away from facilities and you need a personal vehicle or taxi to go out. the only option for lunch dinner is their own restaurant that is over priced for the quality of food. Has to drive miles to reach nearest restaurant. if you are travelling for amazing view, stay there. Otherwise there is nothing to do.Below average Spa with very high price.

Antusa staff provided exceptional hospitality and service I experienced during my recent stay at the hotel. Mr Muhammad, Mr Hamdullah, and Mr Furkan, along with their team members at the front desk, were extremely helpful. Mr Hassan and staff provided the most delicious breakfast along with fresh fruits and juice daily. The view from the breakfast area is the best and will be unforgettable.Thank you all for making my stay so memorable!In addition ,the hotel's location is very close to many restaurants and places of interest, just to mention a few (Blue Mosque ,Hagia Sophia, and Topaki Palace ) .Tansport by Tram is just a few footsteps away. Spice Bazaar and Grand Bazaar are also walking distance. Ms. Lylaa did a great job keeping the room and areas spotless .Thank you, mam.The hotel is kept very clean, and members were willing to assist in making my stay a comfortable and memorable one.I visited many places in Istanbul and out of the area with guidance from the staff members mentioned .They provided and mapped out areas along with the transportation mode, which made it easy for me to follow. I therefore recommend this hotel.Thanks again all, and I would be back God's Willing.

The resort was quiet , clean and view was absolutely magical .The staff were all so welcoming and friendly especially thanks a lot for Mahmoud who upgraded my booking to junior suite with amazing views.The breakfast was absolutely amazing with great variety of delicious options.A truly wonderful experience highly recommended. we will definitely be coming back to this place (IN SHAA ALLAH )

It was my second time to visit Trabazon in the same hotel. I really like the view and staff.

The service given for us during our stay was top-notch. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful with answering all of our questions. Will definitely will be looking to stay with them again the next time I'm in Trabzon.
