About
Nisanyan Hotel offers views of the historic village of Sirince, near Selçuk and the archeological treasures of Ephesus. It features a marble swimming pool with water from Nisanyan’s own spring. Accommodations in Nisanyan Hotel are spread over a 5-room inn, a guesthouse, several traditional, independent houses and 6 cottages in a large farm. Carefully restored and stylishly decorated, all the units have verandas and terraces with views of the surrounding area. Guests can enjoy a walk around this 5 acre property or attend concerts and parties which are sometimes held here. Breakfast and dinner are served in the dining room, and gourmet dining can be enjoyed on the grounds restaurant. The surrounding hills, covered with olive groves and vineyards, and fringed by pine forest, offer great trekking opportunities. The nearest beach is 20 minutes away by car.

- Excellent location, very cute property. Staff and owners are exceptionally friendly and inviting. Great food with an incredible view. Highly recommend a stay and a hike down to the village
Cons -
- Literally nothing bad. Can I write more good?
- We loved it all, but recognize that although it didn’t trouble us, some may find the narrow and winding road to the property challenging. There are also many stone steps thatmay also be challenging for those with physical limitations.
- Low doorways for tall people.

This magnificent hotel in a historic house offers stunning views over Şirince village. On check-in, staff kindly carried our luggage and offered a welcome drink to us!The room is compact but beautifully decorated with painted walls and all essentials. The narrow road to the hotel is drivable (I managed easily by car). For walking down, follow the special markers to avoid getting lost.Highly recommend!
The setting of the property was beautiful established trees and plants and a gorgeous view of the valley below. Charming, rich and visually delightful tile, fabrics and furnishings in extraordinary spaces created in a group of older stone homes. The staff was incredible from start to finish- we can’t say enough about the lovely people working there and the incredible chef in the kitchen. The food was amazing with an occasional Armenian twist, nearly all sourced from their gardens and trees, fruit and olive. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and the views from the tower on the property.

We initially chose this hotel for its unique design and it was perfect! Every corner of the huge area is taken care of, the views are amazing. Personnel were very attentive. There is a common kitchen area.
This property is one of the most unique we have experienced and we loved it. Know that Nisanyan requires the ability and willingness to walk up and down cobbled paths and stairways to access rooms and facilities! If that works for you then you will rewarded with a special experience. Food and ambience at the restaurant was fantastic and the breakfasts were among the best we had in Turkiye so far.
Low doorways for tall people.
We truly fell in love with this place. They upgraded our room for free, and the breakfast was unforgettable – fresh, local, and full of love, especially the olives and cheese. The staff were so kind and caring, always ready to help with a smile. The whole village felt welcoming and warm. The pool was beautiful, everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was simply magical. A special thanks to our host Müjde – a legendary woman whose kindness and spirit made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

Nothing!
Beautiful location, with very friendly staff. Superb food.
There are some access issues if you are not great on your feet (I am recovering from a broken hip)
It was a peaceful, beautiful property. The breakfast was delicious. Dinner outside overlooking the valley was beautiful and excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful
I had a hard time getting responses back prior to our arrival about arranging transportation from the airport. They did arrange it, and it all went very smoothly, but they didn’t communicate that well beforehand.
Hotel location is beautiful its a bit outside the village center but its even better to be a bit removed from the touristy area. Excellent hospitality and the food is great. Every room/cottage is different and it feels like you actually live in the real village house
Beautiful Hotel and complex, excellent staff. Food and drink a little in the expensive side but is delicious.
The location is simply magical, and the staff were all personable, attentive, and responsive. The meals were excellent and the breakfast was to die for - i told them I wished I was a cow with 6 stomachs so I could keep on eating! But the location and property are simply, WOW!
I loved that this hotel has unique decor, it doesn't feel like it's owned but some giant hotel group bc it's not! It's super authentic, attention to detail is high, and for me it has the rustic charm of something with tradition which I love. This hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed at, and I 10/10 recommend. The staff was super friendly. I love Berush and hope to see him again!
May be low season, there is some bug. Place is lovely , next to village 5 mins. Room is big and warm
We stayed in a awesome hotel where designed as a old home in the special location, every day we woke up with sound of bird
Amazing food, location and an absolute hidden gem close to Efes.

I liked absolutely everything. Its beautiful location perched on top of a hill overlooking the valley in the town. The hair g owner and incredible staff who were like a family and took care of everything. The restaurant with all of its local produce regional specialties. It is unique. It is like a bit of paradise and I wish I had stayed longer.
There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this place. It is perfection.
Everything from breakfast, design, and interiors
We had the first dinner there and it was our first meal together for the trip. It was so slow and ended up eating chips without main course because it came the last and they didn't take it to cancel even we tried.
