The location is excellent. We also appreciated the room size and the sufficient number of beds, which made it very convenient and comfortable for a family stay

Cleanliness standards need significant improvement. We were disappointed to find a strong musty smell in the room, which negatively impacted our comfort

Breakfast was excellent. So much than I expected. Room was clean, some stuff were little bit outdated. For me location was very far from city center. I choose hotel near metro. But I did not look how far it is from city center. It took nearly 1 hour to go to city center.

It was clean and the breakfast provided by the staff Ms. Tikka service is excellent.

After travelled long distance to reach the hotel, the basic porter service is not available which is very disappointing first ever experience I faced. Finally, myself used the trolley available in the ground floor and loaded all the luggages and taken to the room.

The restaurant is not managed by the hotel, and unfortunately, the food quality was very poor. Additionally, the lady in charge was quite rude. I hope the hotel management will address this issue, as the restaurant experience negatively impacts the overall image of the hotel

Linen change was slow. Chaminda, Alex and Pann were very helpful and courteous.

The breakfast was good with many options to choose from. The staff was highly professional and attentive to every need. The hotel is in a good location with things to do in the area.

?????One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had – humiliating and purely money-drivenI stayed at Premier Inn – Investment Park, Dubai, and unfortunately this was a deeply disappointing and humiliating experience.From the very beginning, professionalism was missing. I booked a Family Room specifically because a third person was going to stay with us for a couple of days. At check-in, I was initially given a standard room, and only after I objected did the receptionist change it to a family room. I clearly mentioned that a third guest would be joining us later, and no one raised any issue or explained any restrictions at that time.A few days later, my wife left temporarily, and my elderly parents arrived from the airport early in the morning around 7 AM. We were extremely exhausted and went to the room just to rest. Shortly after, I received a call from reception in a very rude tone, demanding that I come downstairs immediately.Despite my visible exhaustion, I was confronted aggressively and told that having three people in the room was “not allowed.” The receptionist who checked me in was called and flat-out denied what I had clearly informed him of earlier, essentially accusing me of lying. The behavior was disrespectful, humiliating, and completely lacking empathy—especially considering my parents’ age.I was then threatened that security would be called to remove us from the room unless I booked and paid for an additional room immediately. Under pressure and to avoid further embarrassment to my parents, I paid for the extra room.Here is the shocking part:After I paid for the extra room, we were still left staying together in the same original room, and no one said a word.This made it very clear that the issue was never about policy—it was simply about forcing extra payment.The problems did not stop there:•Housekeeping repeatedly ignored “Please clean my room” requests.•Basic items like water or tea had to be requested multiple times.

too much price without amenities when i ask for toothbrush and slippers there is additional payment first time i heard like that not coming back for sure
