Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf Dubai

We had a wonderful stay. We dined in many of the restaurants and the food, ambience and service was excellent. We were very well looked after by the butler in our villa and the staff from front reception to pool were kind, friendly and helpful.

I have stayed in Palm House “lagoon Room” (65 sqm) with a terrace (villa24) for 3 nights. My Room was Spacious and comfortable and my bathroom was total luxury. The bathroom was equipped with the high-end Dyson Supersonic™ hair dryer. I was warmly greeted by a beautiful Mexican lady (Alexa ) upon arrival to my room (morning butler). Mr Saleem (India) from porterage handled my luggage quickly and Mr Ibrahim (Egypt) from reception did the checked in process smoothly. Rooms are located in Villas, Villas are reached by boat or golf buggy (walking is possible) and each is served by a male or female butler (available 24 hour). Each villa has a courtyard with a fountain, for gathering or socializing with guests. Big thank you for Mr Shahed Hussain from Bangladesh (buggy rider), for his ultimate service and cheerfulness. Mr Malik from Villa 24 was super helpful and professional. .Ritu DalmiaI had a vegetarian lunch at Atrangi by Ritu Dalmia, serving traditional north Indian dishes. I had “my all time favorite of” tasty dhal (Lentil stew) with fluffy rice. The dhal was flavorful & spicy with shreds of ginger. .SFēRA SalonI had a service done at the salon by lady Samantha, this lady did a great job and I received a fantastic service. Lady buthyna (reception) was very welcoming. .I can not wait to come back to this amazing resort and super staff

We really enjoyed our stay at Dar Almasyaf. The staff were amazing and so friendly especially with kids. The beach was one of the best, we couldn’t get enough swimming there the water was so clear and clean.The small swimming pools near the accommodations were amazing, clean and the life guards very helpful as well as the food there was delicious.The room was nice, we extremely liked the huge, luxurious bathroom

The room wasn’t that clean as we expected from a 5-star hotel.The main swimming pool wasn’t clean and the floor needs maintenance

It was an exceptionally perfect experience to stay here. Butler service was more than helpful! Hotel area is huge, so all the compliments ( snack, cocktails, wine) served right in villa was a bless of god in this hot season. Buggy service was fast and friendly and arba service was a real fun and amused us many times. Breakfast in main restaurant was delicious and quite diverse. Comparing with others in Dubai - better than One and Only, than burj al arab, Marsa al arab or Jumeirah beach

Private dining

I was denied service and was treated very rudely by lucky at Celeste pool

the location is amazing. you have access to all the hotels with plenty options for beaches, swimming pools, restaurants. the room on the lagoon was very quiet and the idea of the aperitif at the majilis was lovely. I really liked the buttler via whatapps.

In Jumeirah hotels you have plenty of staff but the level of training is quite poor : they do not understand, forget what they were supposed to do. For that level of hotel you could expect more qualified hotel and restaurant staff. All restaurants are extremely pricey ( not worth for money).

Service was amazing - especially our butlers Ashis and Hamza. They were both so helpful and Ashis in particular always went the extra mile!

As always - the service, location and all the facilities are at the highest possible level. I believe Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf is the best hotel in Dubai.I would like to especially note the fantastic level of service and guest experience of mr Hammad who works in an evening/night shift at the buggy station of the main building / palace. He is super polite, can support a positive discussion. Hammad is a natural-born person for customer interactions.

Property was great we stayed at Dar Al Masyaf and our Conceirge Mohammad Alyi was so helpful and friendly, we will return because he was so nice

The facilities

Breakfast is chaos and way too crowded for a 5 star resort. Long queues at the cooking stations. The resort has enough food outlets so the breakfast should be divided into different zones to reduce the crowd in one spot.

Beautiful and well maintained We also had a problem and needed a Doctor, they sent the Dr. Very fast and checked to see if we need anything and if everything was good.

They didn’t tell us that breakfast is until 11 on Saturday and Sunday. We arrived at 11 and although the restaurant was full of people and the buffet was still open, they refused to let us sit and sent us to the lobby for a complimentary breakfast a la cart. BUT they charged us for the water 90 dirhams which is almost 30$So it was partially complimentary. Didn’t like i

The customer experience was truly exceptional, in terms of the quality of the service, the quality of the facilities (the J Club and the swimming pools spring to mind), the diversity, accessibility and quality of the restaurants (special mention for La Promenade and Cala Vista), the cleanliness of the site, the rooms and bathrooms, and the little things that make all the difference (sun cream on the beach, cleaning of glasses, distribution of vitamin boosters in the gym, etc.) and of course the smiles, availability and professionalism of the staff (special mention to Abhi for house-keeping in room 611 and to Faith, our Butler...).
