Western Hotel - Ghayathi

Wonderful experience. We enjoyed Alhamdulillah Staff , facilities, everything was perfect. Clean pool. And so many activities for kids. Our kids had the best time in the western hotel.

good for travellers. good breakfast. good WIFi coverage. plenty of parking available

All okay.

very good customer service. quick check in. very supportive.

can have more options in breakfast.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and great service

The staff were absolutely incredible. They were super attentive to anything and everything I could have needed. The gym was also really great, with so much equipment and specific ladies times to train. Really great stay.

Wasn’t a fan of the coffee at breakfast but the cafe by reception served great coffee

Cleanliness of the room.. friendliness of staff members..pool and playrooms

Hotel room, playroom facilities, swimming pool - kids loved it

I like the location which is very convenient to have a rest between the country border and Dubai. It’s about ~15 km (10 minutes) away from the highway but worth it specially driving with family after 6 hours on the road.

I did not like long waiting during check out due to busy luggage boy. I spent 30 minutes waiting then I carried the luggage by myself with no trolley.

Nice peaceful location with a great gym, very helpful staff. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet options at reasonable prices.

It’s a bit of a maze to find your room but this adds character to the hotel.

Good and polite staffBreakfast was good

Swimming pool water was not properly temperature controlled.and was cold

The staff here really went out of their way to ensure I had a good stay. Room was very spacious. Easy parking.

Hotel starting to feel a little tired now, but still excellent value for money.

Location was good , clean rooms , staff was extremely kind specially rashini, she gave us a free upgrade, property is very well maintained, my kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor games at the hotel.

Everything is perfect

Size of rooms, service, staff, quietness.

Excellent location for the traveler from the Sultanate of Oman to the Kingdom of Saudi

Not that easy to find the way to your room , it looks like entering a maze , but that was O.K for me , not making any difference

Location

One of the staff , I asked extra mattress but he makes thing complicated

They find a way to grant our request

The swimming pool was under maintenance works. We were not able to enjoy long hours of swim as we were given an ample time only

Neat and clean, Friendly staff, good location

The food was decent, but buffet few items like English breakfast and some options. Indian foods ??No welcome drink,

It was a stopover while my drive back to Qatar it is 30 min from the Highway. The room was really comfortable very clean. Only thing is u have to walk in side as all the room are in one floor they have maintained properly. Really good. It is a small town there is a Lulu express small Shop etc. It is only accessible by car. Don’t know if there other places .

The breakfast was not that great very few option.Could be better.

Very clean, quiet environment. Staff were fantastic. room was very clean and spacious.Had Tea & Coffee facilities plus water

Great Staff.Rashini at the reception was very kind and managed our requests exceptionally. Loved our stay in Western and will be coming back again.
