The property is very clean and the location is perfect if you want to be near Zermat

The bed is actually horrible. You could buy a better mattress at Ikea for €80 that is more comfortable than that mattress. It's maybe 3-4 inches thick more of a thick pad you would sleep a toddler on and I got absolutely no sleep

Location was close to train station, breakfast was good .

No facilities in room had to go downstairs to boil a jug of water, had to pay for a cup of tea or coffee.

Good location, close to train, underground parking at hotel (3level parking - quite surprising). Good breakfast. Good service.

Flexible check in. Breakfast was AMAZING! Staff were all friendly. Room was a great size and beds were comfortable. Water was provided in the room and the shower/bathroom were good.

You hear the train quite loudly, even with windows shut, when the train is running, which is most of the day and early night. We were double charged upon check out for taxes and the guy at the desk said it wouldn't happen when he required a charge to check out. Then we got our bill and it showed the card on file for the room was charged plus the other card at checkout were charged for the same fee. We never got out money back.

Great location, comfortable for a night or two. Good breakfast. The train station is nearby. Closed and free parking space is an added advantage. We enjoyed our stay here.

The bath tub doesn't have anti slip tape or matwhich was unusual and can be dangerous. Nothing else except this.

Great location! While they do offer onsite parking (which alot of places dont), the parking is very tight!!!

Very close and convenient to Tasch railway station. Rooms were extremely clean and spacious. Breakfast was great too!

Room was comfortable and spacious. Our train was later after checkout time, so they allowed us to keep the luggage in common area after checkout. Location is walkable from Tasch station. Tasch has regular trains from Zermatt, which made the location perfect. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was nice and had a bathtub.

Nothing major - noticed some minor things like Balconies are common on 1st floor, meaning all rooms can be accessed, which may feel odd for some. Also the curtain blinds were small, they do not cover full stretch.

Convenient location to train station to Zermatt. Restaurants and grocery withing easy walking distance. Comfortable room. Wonderful breakfast! Good price for the area. Free parking. Very helpful front desk staff.

Be aware: Best to unload luggage at street level before using the cramped underground parking garage. Not a major issue for us, though.

Shuttle to Zermatt

Right next to train station, hearing every single train coming and going! Parking is in a very deep basement and lift doesn't work at night keep that in mind.

Accommodation is very close to Tasch train shuttle to Zermatt. Our double room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotels shuttle to Zermatt is very convenient and affordable. All good things but the staff is what makes this hotel. Family business…everyone works very hard to keep things working smoothly. For example breakfast was always being refreshed with hot food. Thank you Mountine Hotel for a nice stay.

Nothing to dislike

The staff were excellent—very helpful with transportation to Zermatt, providing information, and giving great suggestions. We felt truly valued by them, thank you once again. The breakfast was great, and the location was perfect.

The room was reasonably clean, but the hotel could use some upgrades. The balcony was quite old, and the parking area felt humid. Not a major issue, but improvements here would make the stay perfect.

Best location near Tasch station. Great staff. Wow breakfast. Room was super. This size you do not get in Switzerland.
