good staff, nice room.

Clean and does the job if you need something for a night without planning to spend more time there.

Late Check-In was complicated and took a few phone calls. Location is Really far away from the train station and where you need to to check-in and breakfast.

Clean, decent breakfast, comfortable

Check in is at a different property, which wasn’t stated anywhere. This should be in the welcome email. There is a stove but no pots, pans, utensils or anything else in the room (this is not a problem, but seems a bit weird, just so future guests know).

Breakfast was very bad, canned/frozen fruits and vegetables, no toaster.

It was close to the train station

In the room the shower was broken spraying water everywhere. The bed side lamp was flickering due to a loose connection and therefore not working. The breakfast was not very good cold scrambled eggs and bacon. Hard boiled eggs instead of softboiled.

It was only about an 8 minute walk to the train to Zermatt. They had parking on site but limited numbers of spaces.

The train to Zermatt was about 27.5 Euros per person roundtrip so if you want to go back and forth to Zermatt more than once a day, it gets expensive and there is nothing in Tasch to see so you'll want to go to Zermatt. The breakfast has no warm meat which is disappointing for Americans although that's pretty typical for Europe.

The room and view were nice. Breakfast was ok.

It was difficult to locate and check in to the hotel. I went down the road and the sign says Welcome. But not welcome hotel by Täsch. I fortunately met Joao on the road who told me I had to go back to the train station where the check in hotel is, which is a different hotel.

You can smell the next door smoking. There was a cooking stove with no pans to cook with.

Conveniently located near train station for connecting to Zermat

The room was designed for longer stays with cooker, fridge etc. Bathrooms we a bit dated. Strangely there were no heavy curtains in the room... Just white shears so light came in during the morning and presumably everyone can also see in? Hard to find.... Located behind "Welcome Car Parking"... No indication that it was a hotel so we drove all around the village looking for it. Actually, you needed to check in at the other Täsch hotel nearer the train station. Car parking looks to be a big business in Täsch as cars are not allowed in Zermat and the car park was conjested with shuttle buses, taxis etc. They only took cash in advance for the car park stay.

The check-in location is different from the hotel building and there had no signs/post for the check-in instructions. The breakfast does not have many options to choose.

We been relocating to a different hotel called Welcome Hotel. 1 kilometre away from the Täsch hotel.

Staff was niceChanged room a day after my complain.Room has a kitchen but no accessiries.

The Welcome hotel is a studio appartment hotel thar is located at Welcome parking that is 300 meters from the advertised hotel.The room was stinky and communication with the reception was bad. (Room was replaced next day)

After all the trouble at getting the keys, we had a very good stay. The weather was good and we like Zermatt.

Well to start with, when we arrived there was no one there at the reception and we were told from another guest, to collect the keys from the reception of your of your other hotel down in Taesch. To have to go down to the other hotel is just not acceptable, If I had arrived by taxi and found this situation, I would not have been able to get the keys as I am handicapped. I also asked when I booked if it was possible to have a big walk in shower, where I can put a chair as I need to sit down to shower, I could hardly move in the shower I had, it was so small.

No check in at the site . The hotel down the road had just bought this property .Breakfast so bad we asked to have it at the other property which they allowed .Pillows flat and useless so we got more from the other site .
