Breakfast buffet Location to train station

The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was wonderful, the staff was very friendly.

Proximity to the train station (1 mn away) makes it's easy to catch a ride to-fro Zermatt. Healthy breakfast included in price. Excellent water pressure and temperature for the shower. Very practical location for a solo visitor.

Pillows are very soft so pile them for a stronger support. Bed mattress a little hard but that's just my preference.

Everything. Owner super nice. Bar staff also. Had two bars and 2 different restaurants. Charming

Only thing I can remotely complain of is shower pressure but it was still adequate

Right next to Horgen station with direct 30min ride to airport. And 20 minutes ride to Zurich HBwhere one can get to just about anywhere in Switzerland.Plenty of amenities like Coop & eateries adjacent.Hotel is clean and very suitable for holiday makers.Breakfast was very mediocre.

Breakfast got plenty of room for improvement.

Generally good hotel, although decor abit dated. Well located for the train & only a 5 min train ride to Zermatt. Good breakfast w a decent selection of breads, cereals, fruit etc. Got an upgrade as wanted room w mountain view. However our new room overlooked a the building site which was quite noisy. However, the bathroom did hsve rails to aid access to a bath, which was v useful & unusual to find. Could have done w a slip mat for the bath though. Just to advise, limited range of English speaking TV channels. Advise bringing laptop w downloads or firestick to access Amazon, Netflix etc. Mostly, though, it was a good place to stay

The hotel was clean and convenient next to the train station and a grocery store. The breakfast was very good and free parking was amazing!

Close to the train station for easy access to Zermatt. Cheaper than staying in Zermatt too so for that it was great!

One coffe machine wasn't work and the another was slow... but all other food was good.

Right by the train station with spacious rooms.

Would like a coffee machine instead of the instant coffee. And a bottle of water in the room.

Perfect location next door to train station, had nice little room with all we needed and a little balcony. Staff were lovely with my son and even let us in early before check in which was so useful for us as we could enjoy the whole day!

Think we could have had some more tea/coffee etc and milk for the price paid. Think I had one sachet of coffee and one of whitener.. No tea.

Lovely, spacious room and fantastic location for getting the connection to Zermatt. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean.

The property offered to ‘store’ our luggage after checking out, however we only learned on the day that this meant leaving our luggage in the back hallway of the hotel where it could have been taken/moved by anyone walking passed. If we knew there was no dedicated space for storing luggage we would have found an alternative option.

Everything.probably the best place I stayed at throughout my whole trip in Switzerland. Staff was amazing, friendly made sure we were welcomed. There rooms were amazing and plzz the view was beautiful from the balcony. Breakfast was sooo good such a good variety of food. Plus location is soo good- right infront of the stations and next to a few shops and restaurants. Would definitely book another holiday just to stay here.

We stayed for a short night at this hotel and were very pleased with our experience.It seems the hotel has recently renovated its rooms, as ours felt fresh, modern, and even had a new smell. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and beautifully designed, and the room included a cozy living area with a couch and coffee table.Breakfast was included in our stay, but unfortunately, we didn’t have time to try it.The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, right in front of the Täsch train station that connects to Zermatt. While the hotel appears to have its own parking, we weren’t sure how to access it due to our late arrival. Thankfully, we had already reserved a spot at the Matterhorn Terminal Täsch, which is also adjacent to the hotel.We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a more affordable option near Zermatt. It’s an excellent place to stay with great amenities and a convenient location.

I am in love with this damn hotel, the views are so nice, the hosts are also very kind. Room was cozy. The design of the room is a bit 1970s retro, but everything was immaculately clean and I like vintage aesthetics anyway.

Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Hot water bath, location, breakfast, view from room were all great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Shampoo and shower gel were a low quality. No lift and luggage need to be carried up to room.

The hotel was very close to the train station in Täsch, so it was very easy to find when we arrived late to the area. The host was amiable and the waiter at their restaurant was also helpful with our questions. They also served good food.

The elevator was very compact/tight in space.

Clean, comfortable, close to the railway station to Zermatt. Good food and nice stuff at the hotel restaurant, better prices than in other restaurants around. Very nice breakfast.
