- No staff. No food. Unresponsive to emails. I accidentally booked the wrong date and politely apologised and requested a small discount for a booking on the correct date. This was because I paid for the first date but did not show up as I had mistakenly booked a month early. I emailed twice and got no reply. There were no staff on the premises, a workman gave us our key. There was no one there in the morning and therefore no breakfast.

Did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment. Rooms were exceptionally clean and beds were very comfortable. Air Con was a bonus. Only negative was the very dark corridor leading to the lift with exposed ceiling. (I believe this was in the process of being repaired).

the restaurant / bar was shut most of the time we were there so could only get breakfast / evening meal once. a strong smell of cigarettes in the corridors.
Hotel was excelllent value for money. Very clean and comfortable room. We had the Menu Del Dia in the evening for €10 euros. Probably the best bass I have tasted and I have it regularly. Both our meals were lovely. The receptionist was a star. Extremely friendly and helpful. She is learning to speak English and although we speak a little Spanish, she tried really hard to help us in English.

The lady who opened up for us was very helpful as I'd made error in booking! It cost the hotel prices but was still not overly expensive at 55 euros a night for a double room. The room was nice very green curtains.
There was no breakfast. The restaurant did open in the morning and we had coffee and tostada! Sundays and bank holidays both hotel and restaurant are closed! As was most places in village/town! Luckily we enjoy exploring and saw many lovely areas .
The Hotel was very well cared for , i.e. cleanliness was superb. Meals were totally acceptable and good value for money.All in all a very satisfactory over night stay and very recommendable.
