The location is fabulous in the centre of this beautiful hillside village. The room was comfortable as was the bed. The WiFi was excellent.

The electrical plug socket had come away from the wall leaving exposed wires. Not ideal! No tea or coffee making facilities made it difficult for us arriving on a Sunday with all restaurants closed in the evening. No criticism of this property though.

We had a fantastic room with a balcony in a beautiful historic building

Lovely historical town and comfortable stay in amongst the old town area.

Location is perfect and the room had a balcony with a great view. Really nice to have free bottles of water in the fridge.

The shower was a dribble and really annoying, I told the owner but nothing was done to improve it. Plus the access to the bath/shower is really difficult with a big step up and into an enclosed, dark (no light) area with a sliding door which felt enclosing. Whicker furniture on the balcony was a mess and falling apart with only one cushion for two chairs. Worst of all were the pillows on the bed, I checked inside the pillow cases to see if there were bricks in them. I didn't sleep well at all for two nights. No air con but a great overhead ceiling fan.

It's located at the heart of Pedraza. The renovation of the room was really well done. The wood beams are shiny, the main, double bed is comfortable and the windows are brand new. The floor is heated and there was even a fireplace in our room. The heat works and the bed linings and towels are new. There were several complimentary toilet items, all very nice. The lightening is good too. The single beds in our four-persons room were suitable for kids, but certainly not comfortable for adults. Which is fine because this is how we were traveling: two adults and two kids.

It needs some maintenance. The main shower is leaking, the TV remote control doesn't work, the desk chair is broke. One of the lamps was missing a bulb too. There isn't a print with the wi-fi password and some basic tips to the city. I also missed a complimentary bottle of water, which is so common in Spain.

They don’t speak English and didn’t translate any of the materials ; you don’t know your checkin checkout process. No info about early breakfast

There is nothing not to like really helpful staff and they let us park out motorbikes in there personal garage

It was a little bit difficult to find in the dark but that's not really there problem ?

Location and price.

Room had a strange and strong wood-like smell upon entering, which was cleared after leaving the window open for several hours. Should have been checked beforehand.

The location was great in the middle of Pedraza, which is one of the loveliest village in Spain.The Family suite is fine for the 5 of us.

The breakfast is a Joke! one coffee qnd 2 pieces of bread ... The attitude and welcoming of the lady was not at all what we were expecting ! A smile and a bit of "courtoisie" would be nice!

Hotel locked, had to find owner at the bar. No towels, smelled like diesel in the room from a nearby generator or tank.

Nothing!

To begin with, we went there with low expectations since we really only wanted a place to sleep while we walked all around. The room was super spacious and had a terrace that was more than what we could ask for. The bathroom was fantastic and for a 2 star hotel, was way more that what we could ask for. The bed was really comfortable and everything was really clean. Would recommend 10/10

We generally liked everything. If we had to pick something that was not to our standards, remember that the village doesn't have that many places to have dinner at if you don't make reservations. Be ware of that!!

Very charming rooms in the center of Pedraza, with everything within a five or ten minute walk away. We loved how rustic and quiet the surroundings were.

The walls didn't seem very thick, as we could hear everything that was going on in the next room.
