- Nice sea view from upgraded roomMy Favourite Club private area was nice
- We opted for the World of Hyatt room & package. Even with that the room was tired & dirty, coffee stains on the tiled floor, painted tiles in the bathroom to hide black mould in the grout, which was peeling & cracked. Laminate wood floor in the bathroom is rotten & coming up. The mini bar was meant to be filled but it was empty. No robes or slippers or extra toiletries. We had to ask for even a bottle of water! We had multiple mosquitoes in the room plus stains & dead ones on the walls. Holes in the curtains & they were tired and ripped in places. The lamp in the room, the shade was broken & looked like someone tried to hide stains with paint or tipex. Floor tiles were cracked & lumps out of the skirting boards & under the fridge the wood was all damaged. The rooms need a complete overhaul. They are old & not what you would expect for a good hotel. We had cockroaches as well in the bathroom which was disgusting. The two main pools have broken tiles all around them and in the pools themselves. They were also full of sand in places which shows they are not cleaned at all. Food was mediocre at best. Lots of cheap meat, liver, pork, cheap fish. Not very appealing. Lots of choice but not good food. We ate out quite a bit. The World Club bar was well stocked & a nice place to relax. This was the only well maintained area, the main building including the reception area, restaurants etc. This gives the illusion of it being top class when you arrive but the rooms & outdoor areas are old, in need of repair & overhaul. Changing up the menu a bit would be good too as the food, even cheap cuts of meat, can be prepared well & made appetising with a bit of imagination.
- The rooms were spacious and clean. Pools were great. Having the indoor one was a bonus when waiting for the outdoor ones to warm up (it was February!).Staff were really friendly and helpful. Walk to the beach was about 10 mins, but it was definitely worth it. Quiet and clean.
Cons -
- I caught a stomach bug and was bed-ridden vomiting for a day Awful food - reheated and poor choice constantly repeated Weak cocktails Dirty glasses and cutlery My Favourite Club dining area was pointless - cordoned off area with no waiter service Too far from beach - long walk down a cliff Too far from nearest town - luckily I had a hire car
- As vegetarians, the buffet options were a bit repetitive, but that said, there was plenty to eat.
- I think that reception staff should be a bit more proactive and fast in attending clients, I felt that sometimes their English understanding was pretty poor. I would recommend the resort specifying that you might get a room at the very end of the hill so it’s a bit challenging to walk up and down all the time

Great place to relax, amazing facilities, clean room and great food variety.

Perfect stunning view from balcony, stuff was very kind and helpful, meals very good.
French speaking staff in evening programs and they were poor, better just a disco for everyone.
We thought the hotel was nice and clean, nice location, and with some pretty cats in the gardens
Quiet place, nice beach.
Smoking in the balconies, overcooked meat and fish at the restaurant.
It was beautiful and had a lot of activities. The room was great. quiet, chic. comfortable bed!
VERY LITTLE VEGETARIAN OPTIONS. so all inclusive is a bit misleading. the staff were always busy so it seemed difficult to ask them a question. Check in took forever! There were staff running around behind the counter but only one checking people in. The staff made a wellness appointment for me but when I went to the appointment, no appointment had been made.
The pools, the food and the views are all amazing.
Nothing, all was good.
Swimming pool and restaurant
The bad quality of drinks
Clean spacious rooms. Large pools. Buffet restaurant was excellent.
Pool needs to be heated in November. Animation team very loud during the day. Tables outside needed to be cleared and cleared more quickly for the next sitting. Pool towels are given for a refundable deposit.
The property is situated in a peaceful and relaxing location, ideal for unwinding. However, if you're not on an all-inclusive deal, getting food can be a bit challenging as there aren't many nearby options. Having a car is essential, as taxis can be quite expensive. That said, the property's proximity to the beach adds to its charm and makes it a serene getaway.
The staff, unfortunately, are not very friendly, with the exception of the domestic and cleaning team, who were polite and cheerful. As a traveler, I’ve encountered much better customer service elsewhere. Even during meals, staff showed little concern for guest feedback or ensuring food availability. I was on an all-inclusive package, but the food was disappointing—repetitive and uninspiring. The fish was overly salty, burgers and pizza were dry, and the pancakes were tough and unappetizing. Overall, the food felt like a waste of money.Additionally, there were several shortcomings for a supposed 4-star hotel. There was no water or coffee provided in the rooms, and the amenities felt basic at best. Guests have to pay a deposit for towels, and getting cups requires exchanging tokens. I expected much more for the rating, but it fell short of expectations.
Nice view, terrace and comfortable beds
Wi-fi is terrible, breakfast very repetitive, night „entertainment” ridiculous - instead of quality you get quantity.
There is nothing to like on that place unfortunately
Paid over €1000 for room with sea view and get room with view like in prison
The hotel has a modern and vibrant reception/lobby area. The bedrooms are large and clean, beds are comfortable. Views from the hotel are amazing. Staff are very friendly. The 3 pools are large and there are ample sun loungers, we had no issues getting sun loungers each day.
The food unfortunately was a huge disappointment. The buffet food was food that was reused and reheated throughout the day, very poor quality, the pizzas had barely any sauce or cheese on them, the deserts were shocking all different types of mousse and custards no cakes or usual deserts, the ice cream was nice as it was shop bought. They don’t seem the refill food fast esp during quiet season, food very cold and stale, not happy we ate out some nights even though we were all inclusive. We won’t be back due to the food which is a shame. We were also treated to a one night dinner in the restaurant on a night of our choice, we were looking forward to this, unfortunately it was like a taster/sample menu we were given no menu even though it was meant to be a la carte, there was a starter, fish dish, main and desert we weren’t told what the food was and it was slapped down on table, portions were tiny and we ended up going to buffet after because we were still hungry. I attached photos to show the small portions. The WiFi was also shocking never worked during the week, we reported it on the hyatt inclusive app and no response we were lucky to have roaming otherwise we would have been in trouble. The tv had zero English speaking channels there were several uk channels but they all had no signal.
Loved the location and the rooms.
There should be more variety on the buffet. Many of the options (pizza, pasta...) were always the same.
Food was very good and the kids club
Very small bar for through the day only 1 person serving sometimes about 20 waiting
Pool was lovely and spotless clean, entertainment good
Cocktails weren’t great
Perfect holiday. Amazing view from the hotel, everything clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Only entertiment group they need to change.
All good.
