Total disaster

Property is very old ( except roomed we’re slightly improved )There is NO vanity items in the bathroomThere is no chair or table in the roomFood is disgusting , cheap , overcooked and no selection, being in Spain and never saw a piece of hammmon Sport facility is total disaster , to support tennis net there is old chair and stick standing in the middle of the net Elevators are 100% dis functional, they are small and no way to determine where it willDrinks - beer , Prosecco , cocktails are served in paper cups Lines to get a drink can last up to 10 mins Guests are lined at the front of canteen door at 6pm ( not restaurant) starts 30 min b for dinner @ 6:30pm and if you come at 7pm there is NO tables available Evening entertainment program force u to watch 1 or 2 kids jump around ….I Can continue …. This is NOT 4* this is barely can be 2* Total waist of our vacation ;-((((

We loved our suite, which had wonderful views, was comfy and cleaned spotless daily. The buffet was amazing, I think I had a different fish every day. Enormous amounts of salad and vegetables were laid out. My husband loved the sweets. I swam before breakast evry morning in the outdoor heated pool. The only negative thing was the really poor state of the machines in the gym.

Food options were terrible. Everything closed early. No food options after 21:30. So much more.

It was a great experience. Hotel right by the beach, multiple beaches to be exact.Deliscious food, good drinks. Lovely swimming pool. Staff going beyond to make you feel comfortable and looked after.Amazing sun beds to rent.Great evening entertainment ?

We loved EVERYTHING!!!

Lots of sunbeds. Plenty of food choices. Location by the sea. Aqua aerobics at 12:30. Friendly staff. Nice bar by the pool for drinks and snacks

The steps are quite steep, but there are ramps.

Great value on the all inclusive deal.. Quite outstanding given the price. Staff brilliant and always helpful.

Buffet a litter lacking in choice but what was on offer was good.

Getting out each day! Staff were all generally helpful and nice.

Food is generally poor quality with the exception of the bread and salad. Even the oats were inedible! The hotel is generally very tired with lots of broken tiles/water damaged doors and peeling paint throughout the complex. This is about accomodating the masses with cheap food, poor quality entertainment and sub standard accommodation. Never a four star hotel.

Very tidy, great location, room very spacious, service was amazing, staff extremely helpfully and kind. Definitely we will come back, highly recommend

This was our second vacation here and we enjoyed it. The staff, the facilities, the view, all contributed to making our stay exactly as we wanted it. We appreciated the free Genius upgrade (we booked a room with a sea view and received a one-bedroom apartment with a large terrace where we could enjoy our very own sunbeds - and the sea view of course). Although it's not very close to the airport, there are taxis and shuttles, and Costa Calma is well worth the drive.

Big hotel and and could have easily stayed there longer. The lovely coastline and little beach gives it a great touch and great sunrise.

The rooms wasn't that clean and maybe in need of modernisation. But good for the price

Cleanliness and great location

It was meant to be all inclusive but nearly all extra activities you had to pay for including towels for around the poolApart from reception rest of staff I can only imagine must be poorly treated as none of them were happy in their work

It's a stunning place, we were pleasantly welcomed by the staff and everyone was kind and nice. The pool is gigantic and there's walking access to some really nice beaches. The bed was really comfy. The all-inclusive drinks go to 11pm and they are decent enough, not amazing but also not bottom-shelf.

Room: It's a bit run down. It benefits from some reno. The pillows were a bit too soft for me but that's a personal taste.Food: There are plenty of options, but not a lot besides salads for vegetarians/vegans and to be honest the food is not more than ok. I understand it's hard to cook for so many people, but it's not a great food experience.Hotel infrastructure: Again it needs some improvements. It's a really big resort but it's showing it's starting to show it's age and could use some cosmetic facelift.

The view was nice. It’s okay to stay there for 4-5 days if you want just to rest on the beach. There is a few beaches in the area which I really liked, and the Oasis Wildlife (zoo) in 15 minutes away , which we enjoyed the most.

The food from the staff canteen, very poor quality, but the hot is huge so they cook for hundreds of people so I think it’s meters. The snacks in the bar next to the pool were really awful, just some left over food .The drinks from all inclusive package tastes very artificial, only cava and beer is +- ok. For the WiFi you need to pay extra 15€ per week. I don’t recommend this hotel for the young people because average age of all guests is 45+ so all the entertainment like music etc counts on it.

Its position next to a lovely beach, beautiful location if you want a peaceful break

The hotel needs a little updating, the food was OK and the entertainment needs to be improved.
