Good room size and good mattress.

Bad food, we had to walk a lot up the hill to get to the room and my mom could barley walk. But how disappointing is to go to a hotel in Spain where the stuff can barely speak Spanish? We had 2 rooms booked and in one of them we were missing cleaning products and the tub was dirty. This is the only hotel without a water heater to be able to make a tea. You have to choose upfront a time interval for the meals (45 min) , which is an impediment for your daily schedule. Another very annoying thing was that you had 2 tvs in the room that were starting automatically when you put the card in, playing an annoying hotel advertisement. This wasn't by any means a 4 stars hotel and I would definitely not go back or recommend it to anyone.

The fitness classes were amazing!! Made my trip!! I did not realise that was included in the stay. We will 100% be back! The staff were amazing, our room near the pool was so convenient, clean and spacious. The pool was beautiful!!

Maybe some more nuts seeds etc and healthy cereal choices at breakfast

Room was nice, spacious, large balcony. Every evening there was a live show (music, flamenco, etc.). With dinner you get unlimited drinks (beer, wine, sangria). Large free parking lot nearby. Good wifi. Large food variety with deserts, fruits, salads, etc.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was quite mediocre and bland. Chef cooking usually overdone the meats and they were tasteless and chewy, pizza was worse than from supermarket, but we still could find something to eat.The room had thin walls and we could hear the neighbours making lot of noises.

The junior suite was very comfortable with a quite large lounge area.

The photo above is misleading, the resort is not so close to the beach, and the sea cannot be seen from the rooms due to other buildings in between. The check in lady was slow and most unwelcoming and missed giving us vital information about the activities in the resort. On arrival both the safe and phone didn’t work in our room although fixed within 24hrs. There is only one restaurant which could do with varying the menu more, grilled beef, pork or chicken is still only grilled meat.

Food in the restaurant usually cold., poor food quality:( sliced fruits are very crushed. Not very clean dishes.

The rooms were good size, nice beds, good facilities, big restaurants, all great inclusive

The price was a bit high to my opinion, and it took about 20 minutes to check in, the employee was very strict that all family members signed and the admin part took for ever. This could have been prevented if they had done a pre checkin online.

Polite staff, efficient and respectful.The food was great.They were very attentive and arranged a birthday surprise bottle of wine for my husbands birthday.

Food was ok, not great. Coffee and drinks not great as well. Had to ask to change towells in the room.

We stayed over Easter. Dinner selection was great, including free drinks (alcohol drinks we didn’t try). Great selection of fruits and vegetables. Each evening there was nice social program, including life music. Great variety of entertainment activities. Very close to the beach, wonderful neighbourhood. Pharmacy, shops etc available close by. Clearly recommend and happy to be back. Pool was very warm and pleasant despite windy April weather.

Generally the breakfast was good, it had fruit cereal, good selection of cold meats and cheeses. One issue was the lack of proper butter. The hot food was reasonable too.

Very close to the beach, very clean rooms and bathroom, heated swimming pool, professional service, we stayed HB and the food was also very good. I recommend.

Nothing to complain really...

The activity staff were the loveliest people - the outdoor pilates and aqua biking were very well done but the pool area was still nice and chilled. Wide selection of food and nice being able to watch your food be cooked infront of you. Bed was comfy and firm. The pool view room we had was lovely, although you had to be stood up to enjoy the view due to a high railing.

Some of the food ingredients and choices were low quality. The wine included was awful and there weren’t many cocktails included which would put me off choosing all inclusive again. 2 coffee machines is not enough at breakfast for the amount of people that want to make them. We were told we couldn’t access extra bottled water and when paying for all inclusive this was disappointing.

Hotel has a great look and feel to it, looks exactly like the photos, large clean bathroom, very bright reception area and pool is kept super clean. Lots of entertainment for kids every day, the entertainment staff couldn’t do more for you and really try to get the kids involved, evening entertainment at night for adults was great!

No kettle in room and a €6 daily charge to rent one I wouldn’t expect from a 4* hotel! The sea view is totally obstructed by a large hotel this was very misleading from the photos, food was verging on inedible and I’m not a fussy eater in the slightest. Breakfast was great though by far the best meal. A lady called Nicole on reception was very rude and left a bad feeling on our 2nd day.

Absolutely beautiful hotel - amazing room, sea view from balcony, lovely restaurant. Wine, sangria and beer included in dinner buffet. Parking was easy at the front of the hotel, only on Thursday at day time you cannot park there because of a market.

The check-in guy was in a bad mood. Construction going on in front of the hotel. The pool area can be a bit windy. No water bottle refilling station and tiny plastic water bottles in the room, although they claim to be sustainable. Also, it was horrible to see all the buffet leftovers thrown into the bin after each meal - full serving trays of beautiful salads etc. There should be a food redistribution program.

Bath needs to be changed as it was very old. It is not the same in every room as our friends had a room with a new bathUnfortunately, children’s activities are quite late (7.30pm) and our 7 month old baby could not enjoy it as she goes to bed at this time :(

Great hotel to stay with family. Staff is extremely nice and kids entertainment staff were amazing. Lovely heated swimming pool, nice breakfast and dinner selection. Great location. Can’t fault anything.
